Spend the money for Preciosa or Asfour, or ask specifically if it casts rainbows in sunlight. Watch out for complex patterns listed as 'enamel'. The sugar skulls I received were gorgeous until theyd been out in the heat, revealing the 'enamel' to be flat-pressed, glued, foamback STICKERS. So yes....theres good stuff out there, but watch your butt and never hesitate to return or get refunds if it isnt right.
Why? If the products are decent, and its what you can afford, no reason not to. Im all for supporting local when I can, but I cant afford to do that right now. Would you rather I go out of business?

I can guarantee that most of the beads you get in your local area are from China anyway and if I can get the same beads at a quarter of the local price I will buy from these Chinese sellers. I would love to buy the beads at the Chinese prices from my local suppliers but they get them from China as well so no way is the carbon footprint reduced.
