The thing is, if my brother and I were in there, you wouldn't probably be able to tell that we are siblings without having at least one of our parents in the picture as well, preferably both. Because even though we are both a 50/50 mix of our parents' features, we inherited the exact opposite ones so while we both look a lot like our parents, we look NOTHING like each other. This has actually caused confusion in the past, lmao.

Me, my brother and sister all look different from one another. Me and my sister look more alike as we get older, but still have different hair and eye color. People have thought that her and my brother were married at one point in time
Same with me and my sister like she white I’m brown she have light eye color i have dark eyes her eyes are smaller than mine and or lips doesn’t look anything similar to mine
I'm an only child so no funny non-similar sibling story, but I don't look AT ALL like my parents - which yes, they are in fact my biological parents -, mostly because I'm the only one that inherited the classic redhead genes (so, on top of red hair, I have a button nose, pale skin, freckles etc.) ever since my great-great-grandma. This has led to a very awkward moment when, at around age 20, I went with my dad to Lucca Comics (we're both huge comics fans), we booked an hotel room in order to attend the convention for multiple days... and the hotel secretary referred to me as if I was my dad's girlfriend ewwwwwwwwwww! We cleared up the misunderstanding right away ofc, but it was sooo awkward. Even more awkward if you consider that the secretary dude thought that my father (which was 46 at the time and definitely did NOT look younger) was dating a 20 y/o.
Me and my second sis looks nothin like everyone else in the family, it doesn't help that our parents have completely different skin tones so my other 2 sisters and brother have completely fair/pale skin tones while me and my second sis have darker skin tones
I will always be amazed at how tall gab is, doesn't show at all when she's just sitting down infront of the camera

@@Rhaifha :'D my dad was fully gray headed by his 20th BD, my grandpa, hitting 80 soon, only has a few gray hairs, always looked young. My teachers in school always mistook them when one of them picked me up.

That Insta page has ruined my perception of all “couples” I see out in public now lol. This is also why I tend to date people who look quite different than me because I do not want to be mistaken for siblings ever. This video was so much fun!
I should point out that adopted, step, and half siblings are all a thing, so even if they look completely different, it doesn't mean that much.

The trick to this game is just look at the body language. The photos are so handpicked out of thousands of entries that they can just choose couples who look alike and siblings who don't look alike. If you go based on looks you pretty much fall into a 50/50 probability pool.
