After almost 2 years of every day use I can say that this phone still does everything smooth and fast. The battery health is at 73% according to AccuBattery, I still manage to get a full day of normal use without charging.

@Tommy Gun the IMX582 on the Mi9T is just the same as the IMX586 on the Redmi K20 Pro, it just can't do 4K 60fps. As for the screen, I'm not sure if different panels are being used. The SD855 is a great chip, I'm just saying the SD730 is comparable to last year's SD845, so it still gives flagship performance.
To be honest, if there was a Mi9T Pro version with a Global ROM out now, I probably would have gotten that, but I don't regret picking this up either at all.

Been a fan of Samsung Galaxy S phone for years and when damaged my phone few days ago, it gave me a reason to buy a new one. Upon reading a lot of reviews on the best mid-range phone to-date (October 2019), Xiaomi Mi 9T always tops the list so I thought why not give it try. So today I bought this phone and super satisfied with it's performance. It exceeds my expectations and it's really worth the price compared to other premium phones.

Am I the only one who actually likes the "swipe up to unlock" with face ID? I think that benefits for the phone's security and for the second space you can automatically access by inputting alternate passcode. It's also to avoid extra damage for the pop-up camera because it won't pop-up every time you wake the phone.

I don't know but after the release of Mi 9T in my country i am so freaking hyped, but then after i held the device it's just so big and i have no problem with it, suddenly i am concerned what to buy, Mi 9T or the Mi 9SE because i liked compact premium feel phones, but yes the 9T has better chipset and benchmark (it's 8nm too), but hey, at least both give the same real life experience except screen size, same buttery smooth MIUI, good multitasking and fluid. After a long thinking, then i decided to bought the SE one, i don't know am i supposed to be satisfied or dissatisfied, but until now this phone rock like a beast with 3070 mAh could give me 8-9 hours of normal usage, but still sometimes i feel like i should've take the 9T since it would give me 14 hours experience and not worrying about losing it's life on heavy usage.. what do you guys think? Oh and last point, i don't really like the pop up camera because i prefer a phone that looks gentle (not too tacky) and the camera, both are good tho :))

I bought the phone and it was a HUGE MISTAKE. 60fps has autofocus problem, and all modes have a flickering problem when shooting video in the city during nighttime when city lights are on. The official dealer in Croatia claims there are no issues and won't take it back even though it is bought only a few days ago and have their warranty. You can see flickering in the youtube link above.
