If i really wanted to i could swap the battery but i'll probably be upgrading this year anyway. What i'm most impressed about my iphone 7 is it lasted 5 hours at the bottom of a pool 10 feet deep and still works and this was with a non life proof case lol.

Its just a phone and it works, fundamentally there is little difference between any smartphone in the last 5 years. It all the little details like cameras, storage, display etc. Camera is my lowest priority as i dont really take photos, display quality and speed are crucial however, and iPhones have yet to give up their performance crown. Can't beat Apples in house SOCs.
Decent review. I got the 9T Pro in 8/256 gig variant. Also avail for 9T. Had to order it from China though. After 6 wks I am still discovering new features and am very satisfied (my previous phone is PiXL). Love the pop up, both the full screen and the security (without concern big brothers watching my pretty face).

I have now had 2 Xiaomi phones, a 7" tablet, a 4K TV set top box, several Mi bands, a 4K action camera and a windscreen safety camera, I haven't had any problems with anything, the Mi 4i dual SIM phone is now 4-5 years old and still at least 95% good, while brands like Xiaomi can offer such good quality and value for money I have given up buying top of the line IT products as its just paying for a name.

I have used this phone for 3 years and the lack of OIS didn't help me at all taking pictures or recording videos properly. In real situations you don't have a tripod or a gimbal, thus the results are unusable sometimes, especially at night (too much shakyness). Also the selfie cam software tends to soften a lot the skins, so the pictures look washed out. For that price range (300€ at launch) i'm a bit picky but now i'm using the S20 FE (400€) and the improved user experience is worth the extra 100€.
Most important feature of the phone -- what is the call quality? How does it fare over cellular data? Availability/Restriction of bands? So many phone reviews nowadays just seem to _not_ care about the most fundamental feature of a smartphone.
I wish LG would make a phone like the 9t. Same cameras, same battery life, same chipset, same everything. Just with added Dac. Or Xiaomi would make the 9t with same dac as LG uses.

It's a GSM so only ATT and Tmobile, but you have to look at specific band support. I'm on Tmobile and it only has 2 out of the 5 LTE bands needed. I'd have spotty service. The Mi9 is a little better, but I hate the small battery.
