    Thanks for this useful tutorial ! Already knew I should hit like that but still struggle, sometimes I even hit shuttles without thinking about it so I'm not really progressing on that aspect. I'm gonna work on that right now till it become natural to me

    Awesome video as always! Thanks for all the effort you put into these basics they really help out a lot.
    Question : When I hold the racket between my fingers how u described, I am able to get the squeezing happen with fingers. How do I rotate my forearm at the right time/angle to create the snapppy motion. It would be helpful if you could show or describe the way your other muscles help in the snappy movement like wrist and forearm

      Good point. Relax in your arm and rotate as you squeeze 🏸 I will do a video with it 💪

    Good morning, I think the 3-finger technique is awesome and I believe it's the best way to hit really hard. Now the question is how long you think it will take to master it and how to start and continue training this technique. It's not easy, it gives the feeling that the racket will fall or fly away... :) so if you can talk more about how to, how long etc. THANK YOUUUUUUUU...keep up the great work. Greetings from Aruba.

      Amazing. Thanks for the comment.
      I would love to give you a solid answer but it depends on your skill and ability to practise. Etc if you practise this very focused 5 times a week you will reach it faster than somebody not training focused and possibly less.
      Let's say u practise focused 2 times a week - and think about during the day. you will begin to adapt the technique and gain the starting benefits from this within 2 months 💪🏸🏸

    Enjoying three fingers principle.how can we use this in soft ner shots?

    • @ShuttleLife
      @ShuttleLife  18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Softly carry the racket with the finger tips. But the thumb and pointing finger is solid enough to carry the racket

    I think you exaggerate the 5 fingers movements. Your 5 fingers looked deliberately stiff. 5 fingers also can be flexible if you are using your wrist correctly instead of the arm as shown in your video.
    No doubt 3 fingers generate better whip..
