Bro u i m 52 just started 2 years ago but confused till now about fingers use. But you guided absolutely abt fingers particularly bottom three fingers role. It has improved my game with accuracy. Thank u❤❤❤
Very helpful but please get rid of that ruddy music in the background, it's not needed and is VERY distracting when you are trying to listen to what is being said!
Tak igen for videoen!
1) Blyant/Kuglepen 2) Tusser 3) Sprittusser
I used the exercises to remind me of my forearm. It made the muscles much easier to activate and simulate the rotation. I would suggest doing different exercises with and without shuttle. Maybe some from this video and do it for 8 weeks. Then suddenly you will get a breakthrough
When Smashing the swing is much bigger. If you hold this loose while Smashing you will simply drop the racket or lose it. You will have to keep it tighter so it won't fall out of you hand
@@ShuttleLife ShuttleLife, you are brilliant! utilise all fingers available to increase the racquet speed. do you have any channel allowing badminton learner like myself to occasionally email you with video and question to improve my level of play? will pay your service as per each query
Is your racket really light ? When i try it with mine i cant use the strenth in my fingers before the weigth is so heavy that they racket will split out of my hands
I have never seen such instructions and I have never used such a grip. I think this grip is only good for occasional use, especially for deception. The thumb will be sore after a few rallies if you use this grip as the standard grip. Furthermore, using just two fingers to pinch racket will lose fine control of the racket. It is better to hold the racket loosely with 5 fingers and maintain a loose wrist.
Is it the same with plastics? Because I played with a few colleagues of lower level, I have to adapt, but so hard to make the shuttle move far away.... Thanks by the way ^^
ok for the fingers, but not the wrist (which is not a muscle, as we all know) : we must rather talk about the forearm, in which are the muscles activating the fingers.
Thanks! To the point. Very helpful 🙏🫡
Very clearly and comprehensively explained. Thank you very much.
Thanks a lot for the kind words 🙏 😊
Don't judge a video by it image quality cause this content is really gold!
Thanks man!

Recently watched thsi video played accordingly it brings so confidence with my shots forehand or bachand
You are very welcome. Glad it helped 😊💪
The best, clearest instruction on "the squeeze" ive seen. I now fully understand it, thank you! I just need to make it work in practice
Glad it helped. I just started a new video with training drills on this subject.
What a nice technique! Very nice! Thanks! No more floppy shots!
So simple yet so effective,... thanks!
You are welcome
bro gave technique very smoothly, while he was hitting shuttle and that landed same place everytime(it means control).
The best tips i have ever seen in my life😊
this video is really good. His explanation helps me understand very clearly what's going on when we are about to hit the shuttle. thanks for the vid.
Ur very welcome 🙏

Thanks for the feedback and glad you could use the video 🏸🙏
I will do something with the music i can see what you mean
@@ShuttleLife Thank you
You actually need a wireless mic. Music could stay. 😊
I like the videos on this channel. Very easy to follow.
Thanks man! I appreciate your support
Great video, the best explanation I've seen on how to get the extra power into your shots
I am playing regularly but cannot know this trick this is very useful thanks bro🤠🤠

Thanks man. Hope it works out for you. 🙏
thankyoou sir ,,,im from Indonesia...amazing tutorial 😍
Thanks a lot. You are welcome :-D
thank you for sharing , this is what i need
Glad to hear. Thanks
Nice work. it does take students some time to develop those hand and forearm muscles. The coordination, thie timing also takes practice.
Thanks for the instruction!
You are welcome
thank you for sharing wonderful technique
You are very welcome
Simple and neat explanation - thanks. Just curious, what racket is this?
Basic Feather black
latihan seperti apa agar memperkuat jari, dan berapa kali pengulangan agar sekuat itu.?
Thanks man am fully training like a pro!
i am learning short from shuttle life ❤❤❤
Very informative. Did you do these exercises to get stronger? How long did it take you to see results?
I used the exercises to remind me of my forearm. It made the muscles much easier to activate and simulate the rotation.
I would suggest doing different exercises with and without shuttle. Maybe some from this video and do it for 8 weeks. Then suddenly you will get a breakthrough
i love badminton ❤❤❤
thanks for the video...which racquet is this ?
Can you explain why we don’t see pro players having such loose fingers when they smash?
When Smashing the swing is much bigger. If you hold this loose while Smashing you will simply drop the racket or lose it. You will have to keep it tighter so it won't fall out of you hand
watch praveen jordan's grip before he smash
@@ShuttleLife Ooooh thank you I used to have the same doubt before I read it. 😅
ooooooooh, that's why some shuttles go further than others. Never realized what I was doing.
2 fingers hold racquet, last 3 finger snap to propel the racquet at high speed, great idea
That's what i am tought. However you also snap with index and thumb.
@@ShuttleLife ShuttleLife, you are brilliant!
utilise all fingers available to increase the racquet speed.

Hmm, try holding it further up on the grip. It's difficult holding at the bottom and do this
Thank you Coach.
Amazing video !!
very good
We call it finger print grip. elbow leads and Waves. When Impact moment, grab racket grip properly.
Which racquet u r using ?
What is the Make & Model of this racket ?
Name of the racquet in your hand?
Basic Feather black

Awesome video
Same question👇👇👇
Which question?
When I do this the racket feels heavy and it is even more difficult for me.I have seen a lot of players doing this.
I'm going off topic, but what is your badminton racket?
very useful
Is it the same with plastics? Because I played with a few colleagues of lower level, I have to adapt, but so hard to make the shuttle move far away.... Thanks by the way ^^
No way you're using the basicfeather racket how is it?
I like it. It suits me perfect for single. Not for double 🤔
Problem for first timer, your racket could slip from your hand if not careful.
Yea, but that is sometimes the risk of learning it correct and properly
@@ShuttleLife yup. I mean this is a must thing to practice tbh cause it will save a lot of energy during a match.
