I build the same bins but fasten them with grk rss structural screws or their equivalent. Easy to take apart if needed. Currently I use cardboard Gaylord bins for firewood, maybe 1/4 cord per bin, which are stored inside. Lighter than pallet bins, so easier to move. Each type has its unique purpose. Love this channel!
@janking2762 we have had good luck with the big bins, but they do take up quite a bit of room. They dry the wood good! Thanks for watching. We appreciate the support!😎
Very good-looking bin. It is obvious you take pride in your work. Are you concerned at all that the north sides of the bins will not dry as well as the south sides? The north side of my house never receives sun and the snow stays for what seems to be forever. Keep up the great work!
We sure like a nice looking woodyard! We are going to be leaving a bigger gap between the bins so we can get more airflow. So our thought is with the heat and the air it should dry good! Thanks for watching and the support!😎
Just stumbled onto your channel as I try to watch all the woodhound guys. I like the way you make your bins, kind of a replica of Chris, “In the Woodyard” channel guy, but yours seem better constructed than his. Many are getting away from stacking as that always seems to be the least liked part of firewood making. Appreciate your meticulous looking Woodyard and will look forward to more videos. Greetings from Don in Western Washington.😊
Thank you! We got the idea from Chris! They hold firewood good, but we want to make sure they are strong so we don't have wood falling out! We have been lucky so far. Thanks for watching Don!😎
2 to 3 pallets wide works best. Make sure you leave more than truck and trailer width between 2nd and 3rd bin. Chris's biggest mistake was not enough room between them and keep them running the major direction of the wind.
Great looking bins. You did a great job, now lets see them filled
Working on that now! Got many more to build and fill also! Thanks for watching!😎
That’s a beautiful looking bin! Great job👍👍
@outdoorsinthe608 sure is! Even though nobody see it because we are in the middle of the woods, still has to look nice! Thanks for watching!😎
Nice work fellas❤
Thank you! Thanks for watching!😎
Nice clean wood storage -
Money in the bank -Good teamwork , Thanks for posting !
Sure is! It's a great way to store firewood to dry! Thanks for watching!😎
Those look great! Nice and even. 👍🏻 Greetings from the Adirondacks
Thank you! We like even pallets! Thanks for watching!😎

We found 3 works best for us! We are going to make sure that we keep enough room because they are not easy to move! Thanks for watching!😎
I would have left a gap between on the sides of the center pallets and then put pallets over the gap.that would insure more air flow....
We thought about that! We have had good luck with what we have done so far! Thanks for watching!😎
