Absolutely LOVE the videos Greg!! I can tell how much time and effort you put into the content, as well as the editing! I know it is no easy feat! I think a couple how to videos would be great for the new viewers that are getting into fishing! How to tie knots, rig poles, choose baits for different situations, etc. Just an idea! Thank you for all of the time you put into this for all of our entertainment!

Hey I know for a fact there are some deep mats down south out by Antioch. Punch those mats with that yamamoto flipping bait you use green pumpkin with a 1.5oz double pegged weight. Low tide those mats sit in about 12 to 15 feet of water. Gotta go in hi tide tho or the current will be bad.

Totally feeling you. I always have to start with top water. Sometimes I'm guilty of holding that top water rig in my hand longer than I should. Gotta take your lead and switch what I throw sooner than I think I should. I feel like that rotation of baits will put me on fish more efficiently. Thanks for posting!!

Love how you always seem to capture a little nature in your vids.Otter mid crunch on some crayfish was cool.Definitely had shad fry , good bait for me when I see that happening is a little dipper from reaction innovations on a small belly weighted weedless hook.30 lb braid,toss in the tulies or run thru grass and doesn't get hung .

I suggest using a palomar knot on all braid setups! It will never break off even on a heavy punch day!

I love those tulies, we dont have them in FL there just reeds/bullrush/buggywhips but there basically same thing and bass are ALWAYS in them if the depth is adequate...also forgot these are FL bass in CA so it makes sense. If they can get in the reeds they abandon offshore
Have the same scale and mine just went bad. It’s off by 1/4 pound. Lasted for only 1 year. Going through the the exchange process now. Don’t forget to check your scales.

Yes coffee time with Gregg! 😊 It was weird to see rice flies on the Delta. They're usually all over Clearlake in the summer. Guess they decided to widen their attack area 😂 So many TINY bass! Since you brought your net you should do ok 👍 Have you considered using that new plastic the Yamamoto Tanuki? I keep hearing about it and was curious if you added them to your arsenal. Having a "salad" in the Kayak isn't fun! Thanks again for sharing your adventures on the water. 🎣🎣🎣

@@GregBlanchardFishing TBH I’ve had a few of the knockoff Yetis and they work well enough for me- if your coffee needs to stay hot for 3 hours you’re doing it wrong anyways. Maybe Tervis instead? We have a local guy who does Ceracoat mugs with logos and it’s more durable than the wrapped or hydrodipped ones. Just a thought, keep up the badass videos
