    I struggle with breakfast as I want different options everyday. The only thing is I want it work-friendly ( I don’t want to spend like 30 mins making breakfast) my office peeps understand 😂 Can you do a video on healthy breakfast ideas?

    Miss your recipes! I remember a few yrs ago you posted a super bowl salad recipe with grilled veggies and an avocado dipping sauce... it was so good and everyone loved it. Looking forward to trying this one!

    Also , a meal prep video. Like a full week of food for you. Random workout tips here and there. Tips for transitioning into full vegan. If you bake, like your favorite vegan desserts. Hair chair routine lol ( I’m super jealous of your curls.)

    I have been plant based since November of last year, and I L O V E it! I post a lot of what I cook on my FB, and I have had so many requests to be others personal chef. I just don't have the time, but I am considering doing it on the weekends. Plant based is THE WAY!

    Brett and everyone wanting to make these TJs gnocchi.....just a tip, it’ll save your dinner. These gnocchi cook to mush really easily. Do yourself a yummy favor and pre pan fry them so they are a bit crispy on the outside (I have even stuck them in the air fryer for a few mins 😳) and THEN do what you do with them, add sauce, veg, bretts recipe, whatevs. But def pre “crisp” them first. They turn out SO MUCH BETTER

    Thank you for showing the process. One of my flaws when cooking is that I always add too much, and it ends up being wasteful. I like to save it for the next day, but I don't like it past that mark. (I really add too much, for up to 4-5 people and live by myself 😝) forgot to mention, if you haven't tried 21 seasoning salute from TJ's you should, it's so flavorful! Last time I still got it at $2

    I love the recipes that you...please keep doing them. Can you do a vegan tofu pad thai recipe soon. I also love the workouts that you do...keep doing that. Maybe an idea that you can do is a workout series...like hiit...or abs, arms, or 2020 challenge. That would be great!!

    Love to see more vegan meal ideas! My husband and I watched Game Changers on Netflix and have been plant based for 3 months now. We feel amazing and have noticed a different in our recovery time after workouts.

    You live in LA right? I don’t know if it would be a long drive but I live in Loma Linda close to Redlands and there is a market at Loma Linda that it’s all vegetarian it’s pretty cool it’s vegetarian and vegan I’m not too sure of the difference but the hospital there it’s all vegetarian and they made a market right next to it for people that are vegetarian it’s pretty cool you should check it out if you go out there one day

    Question: do you know anything about autoimmune diseases? I'm still trying to figure out how to cope and what to eat. In 2019 I had to stop being a vegan due to being diagnosed with Hashimoto's. My vegan diet was doing more harm than good, and boy was it hard when you transition back to eating animal products. I ended up doing the whole 30 elimination diet and during that time I learned nearly everything I ate when I was vegan was causing an autoimmune response in my body particularly. I was just curious if you knew anything about autoimmune diseases. If so could you share some tips?

      @@Juice84 hi sweetie i kept a diary of the things i was eating when i was vegan. legumes, rice (brown rice, quinoa), almond + coconut milk even oat milk (majority of it I made from scratch but when that got expensive I would find a more affordable option at the grocery store), fruits such as banana, berries, mangos, pineapples, melons etc.
      Eggplant (lots of it), mushrooms (lots of it), fo-cheese (vegan cheese), peppers, tomatoes, avocados, leafy greens, beets, I rarely had the soy meats including TVP. I later found out I was allergic to soy so I had to cut soy out of my diet. I realized once I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's everything I was eating was causing an inflammatory response in my body.

      @@kayleighpapaleo basically if it wasn't organic, you were also ingesting pesticides and whatever else they pump into veggies and fruits nowadays to preserve it longer. It's more expensive to eat organic, but try pescatarian diet because I also have auto immune disorders. Vegan food is not beneficial for those of us with ulcerative colitis...Mediterranean diet was usually recommended.

      @@sairarab hi sweetheart, I appreciate the suggestions (All were great). However I def. Only ate organic fruits and veggies (most I grew in my own back yard). If my husband bought mangos or other fruit from the grocery store (he doesnt care about organic) I always made sure to scrub the skin sand soak with apple cider vinegar. I rarely let him shop for that reason LOL. Currently I'm doing the AIP (autoimmune protocol) diet. It's okay my body seems to be adapting well. All the things I was eating like legumes, rice and certain vegetables were causing inflammation in my body. I had to give up tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, rice and beans. All these things were wreaking havoc on my body.

    No criticism is there a reason you didn’t use tomato paste .? Is tomato paste non vegan ? Trying to eat more plant based . I don’t do well with absolutes so I pick and choose when to be plant based . My decision is based on health reasons no moral or ethical Reasons .I followed your recipe but didn’t have olives so used capers . And used crushed tomatoes . This is great recipe though as it has no hard core rules .

    "I like to crush the olives for a balance of flavor" what does that even mean? Lolll

      MoonPrincess82 olives can be like sponges and sometimes hold a lot of olive juice in them if you were to just throw them into the dish whole. If you crush and dice them beforehand it will release the juice but also make it less salty. Crushing and dicing them also spreads the olives out throughout the dish so they aren’t sliding around your plate like marbles. I know I know. Weird. Don’t judge lol #bigoliveguy
