This is great, but why does it all have to be salad? I've been vegetarian my whole life and never had to bother with salad. Just put that 'protein packed' salad into a tortilla and add some guacamole and salsa and you'll have a cool burrito/wrap. You don't have to eat salads to live a plant-based lifestyle.

Thanks for sharing this video. We are trying to eat more plants meals since my son is having medical problems with his kidneys. Your post gave us more ideas for preparing meals! 👍
Omg brilliant! I would eat all of this (a lot of oil though--might have to experiment with substitutions). And, I had to replay the part twice when they used the fork to quickly separate the tops of the parsley from the stems. This is a game changer for me. I feel dumb now for how much time I've wasted carefully trying to separate the stems from the tops of parsley and cilantro! Thanks for a really helpful vid.

Love your videos about pre-planned lunches! Especially vegeterian/ vegan ones! I wonder if you guys would be able to make a video about make-ahead IBS-friendly vegeterian lunches? Would be sooo amazing! xx
Olivia Ostberg the most friendly thing you can do for IBS is eat a meal without meat, dairy, and eggs. especially dairy. i went vegan almost a year ago and have never felt better. i cured my IBS and lost and maintained 56 pounds. i would recommend looking up oil-free vegan recipes with beans, nuts and plenty of vegetables to get you going. don’t pack on a bunch of fiber or eat a bunch of beans at once though, slowly eat more as the days go by and you won’t have much gas. after a few weeks when your body is used to the adequate amount of fiber the gas will go away. also, drink a big smoothie with bananas for breakfast and make sure to stay hydrated.
I love 4th item the 3 bean salad without oil but with more spices like a pinch of mango power, a pinch red chilli powder, a pinch of black pepper and 1 to half table spoon chaat masala and no salt ,& this is the best with no oil & No salt. Yumm. Just try it everybody gonna love it and yeah don't add argualla it will ruin the taste!

None of these recipes look very good to me, but that is just my personal opinion, and I appreciate the nutritional balance, especially considering that there is no meat to provide protein. Very creative, have a nice day!
Phando Cats there is actually a lot of protein in all of these! all of them have a complete amino acid profile as well. many plant foods can provide the same amount or more protein than animal products do without the nasty stuff. i would recommend watching NutritionFacts.org or Mic.
