How about wittner precision pegs and a light tailpiece light the ConCarbo, made of carbon? how do the different tailpiece affect the cello sound? I wish you would share with us thoughts on that or even do a video comparison.
More dynamic, articulate, and perhaps a little louder. It sounds like the Titanium helps strings transmit more vibration into the bridge. Both sounded good, but different.
Just a side can you change your tracking on the videos the camera bouncing around following a persons head is quite disconcerting ❤ thanks
Wouldn’t it be a wiser move soundwise to install Wittner Finetune pegs and remove the fine tuners altogether? 🤔
Grazie Edgar 🎻 Have you done an evaluation of using Wittner or Planatary fine tuning pegs and eliminating the tailpiece fine tuners all together?
Apparently I asked my question too soon. But I am going to try removing the screws to test.
These are not present in the double bass. Do you think they can effect a double bass sound too?
What screw size I should order for the standard Wittner cello tailpiece Model No. 919711 ?

What is your opinion of harp style tailpieces for cello?

Der Herr Mörth in der Steiermark schwört ebenfalls auf Titan.
I don't believe that piece can change much on the sound, i guess it is all subjective whether you want to believe it or not.
did you try to take them off? it made a difference here when I had them on. I now have wittner pegs and no fine tune
