    Omg I love love love the idea of speaking intention over drinking water and showering! Will definitely be incorporating this into my daily routine! I literally had a realization today that I very well may be in a mental space that may require meds in order to get out of, so thank you for sharing that sometimes that’s just the way it is 🙃 true vulnerability is what you’re sharing, and it is so powerful 💚 and just followed Almost 30 podcast…excited to have some new mindful content to consume!

      Dude it's such a mindful practice!! 🌊🥰 ugh yes I have been off and on for years and I think there are just times where we need additional help. It has really positively impacted my life/anxiety/stress levels. Ugh hell yes lmk what you think!!! They cover so many topics, it's one of my favorites!!!
