Just did my first build! Thanks for an amazing guide =)
thank you christopher,i was waiting for this, still thinking of buying a new case,so many good ones.
It's a good problem to have of too many good cases
This is a really great video, very well informed and this is helpful since I plan on using this case for a future build upgrade!
I love your videos thanks for sharing your build guides are the best out of any other I've seen the details that you share is awesome thank you I've learned alot just by watching your builds thank you
Great Video thank you. and fantastic timing as all my stuff arrived today and im not used to this.
Wow thats a very beautiful setup. Im currently saving for a new build and i rhink something similar to this would be great 👍😃
getting my parts on 1st of may this was real helpful, imma be rewatching it then when building my pc, thanks man 🙏
awesome video, i watched half a dozen reviews of this case and though many mentioned the problem with the AIO hitting the VRM Shielding, your Video showed soo soo much more in Detail....i am impressed. I now know exactly where and how to put the cables from the back to the front and moreover what to prevent to build in first so i dont get into annoying problems, no need to scratch my head around it and waste more time. PERFECT !
.
If the Sound of the preinstalled Coolers really will hurt me, because of the DC Control, i think buying some cheap Arctic P14 PWM PST Case Coolers, would be a cheap solution.
.
Subscribed, gonna check out some more of your Content...keep up the good Work Christopher !
Obrigado pela ótima explicação deste gabinete eu tinha algumas dúvidas e você me abriu os olhos.
Thank you! Beautiful build ❤
Thank you! 😊
I was going to use this case for my gf’s new pc but the only reason I didn’t was because I was hearing that using 3rd party fans in this case was very difficult and didn’t line up with the case mounting very well. Went with the NV5 which is a perfect case but still a beautiful build!
I would love to see a black and white build without RGB. Not all of us want the lights since they reflect off the monitor and can be distracting when doing productive work on the PC.
don’t add rgb fans then mate
@@Zxrks-zx7vd Or rgb Ram.
@@markhalstead2386 then don’t get it same thing
@@Zxrks-zx7vd I already know that. Phantek T30 fans are my plan.
very interesting, have you tried the off button?
Got one of these, and have been waiting for your build vid because, you're super thorough, and I wanted to relive the build process. 😄 For me, I found this case a joy to build in, even though I didn't remove the front glass. On the top, the visibility through the case perforations (after removing the top cover) made install and cabling so nice.
WRT AIO and radiator + fan mounting clearance: I agree that the tolerances are tight. I'm using a CM 360L ARGB, which is ~28mm, coupled with Phanteks D30 fans, which are 30mm rather than the usual 25mm, all mounted above an X670E Aorus Pro X, and, *wow* the D30s just *barely* clear the MoBo's rear heatsink (like, 2mm of clearance). 😅 But, hey, it fits well, IMO, and I've had no issues.
Otherwise, yeah, the case has great airflow + visibility, and the angled fans on the front/side are def a unique feature, a neat compromise between fan visibility and lighting.
I built one just before Christmas. White H6, NZXT Motherboard N7 Z790,Intel i9 13900k Palit RTX 4090, NZXT Kraken Elite 360 AIO ,TeamGroup Delta RGB 32GB (2X16GB) DDR5 6400MHz - White 9 RGB white fans (3 120 front, 2 140 bottom, 1 120 exhaust and 3 radiator fans 120 AIO it runs like a dream. Love it.
It's a solid case
Damn, crazy pc
Im building my first ever pc in a bit but im saving for it i just want to know if my parts are good or no, what i got is a h6 flow , n7 z790 mother board, core i5 12600kf cpu, radeon rx7800xt 16gb, 1tb 980 pro ssd, 2 140mm fans, 240mm cpu water cooler, 32gb DDR5 corsair vengance, and the 750w redragon psu
@@SSJ-3_Pikachu very nice sounding build but you don’t need a Z790 mobo for that kind of CPU-GPU combo unless you plan to make bigger upgrades within the next few years to get more out of the board or you want the white mobo (one of the best white mobos on the market imo as well). A Z690 or the NZXT N5 would be more in line with your hardware and open up the budget to get 2 tb storage instead of 1 tb. Totally up to you but that’s what I’d recommend!
Another great video! I’d love to see you do a fully liquid custom watercooled build!
Also have you considered into branching out to review prebuilt PCs? Especially in the UK I think there is a lack of reviews of brands such as Cyberpower, 3XS, etc and I think you’d be great at showing the positives and negatives
Could you tell me if I can use the fan splitter cable that comes with the 3 front fans with Corsair fans? I can't manually change the PWM to DC mode with these fans on my motherboard, and since the new fans I'm getting are PWM I'm hoping it just works?
You are *clearly* able to _turn a sow's ear into a silk purse,_ Chris, and you've proven it with this build. I'm not impressed by NZXT's H6 Flow; for the reasons you mentioned (those front fans, clearances in general, the lack of 120mm fan mounts in the bottom, etc), plus a few extra (which I won't go into here). Otherwise, the rest of the build components look solid and appear to go very well together. Great job! 👍🏻
07:43 This bit confused me. Is it best to not run a gen 5 ssd and if i have multipe M.2 which one would benefit the most to install the OS into?
Which bolts did u use to lock the mother board in place it came wit like 4 different bags…?
What kind of cable is that for the 4080 is that the stock 12vpwhr cable that comes with it or 3rd party is your psu atx 3.0 wanting to get a 4090 and dont want the melting issue
Great video thanks
Just did my build following yourvideo step by step. Thank you very much!!!!!!
someone knows where are the case fan connected? and, can i change them to put other fans? i want to know if i will need to get some adapters for all new fans
Hi there, stupid question but do you know if I can use the included fan splitter with Corsair PWM fans so that the motherboard controls them properly? I'm using an Asrock z790 Riptide WiFi and I'm having trouble being able to control the NZXT fans at all, stuck at 1296rpm, the option to change to DC just isn't there when these fans are plugged in. I'm hoping I can just swap them with Corsair ones using the included splitter and the motherboard will take better control of them? Thank you, great video, I used it to make my build 👌
Planning a RTX 4080 Super build in this case, well torn, the new Montach King95 looks like a great case to build in also, but since this case dropped I've been set on building in it, GG great vid, new to the channel, this did help me decide that I will probably do the 4080S build in this one, amazing looks, great thermals etc, currently my 4080 build is in an older Corsair Carbide Series Spec-04 full temper glass, do have it sold soon, so will be taking those $ and doing a nice 4080 Super build :) I dont plan to use an i9, but for an i9, i'd probably do push pull with side fans instead :) yes new i9s run hawwttt
I've got one of these cases for my first build, but the bit I'm unsure about is getting the fans & RGB (yes, I know) all working in unison. My AIO is RGB, too. I bought a fan/RGB Hub, but I'm really not sure how I'll actually control it all. Also, will I be able to have the case fans vary in speed according to CPU temp? Apologies for the stupid questions.
This is useful guide for me using the h6 bcz things might get confusing
Just did my install of this case. I cannot find that 4 pin connector that’s next to your F panel connector.
Did find a 3 pin that turned the rgb on
Any plans on a build guide for the new ThermalTake Tower 300?
Outstanding build video you did it the right way and showed all anyone would need to build in this case. Like the case but think NZXT should have left more room to the Top for all AIO's to fit and not just forcing people to buy their AIO's and the same goes for the bottom 140mm fans and should have hole for 2-120mm fans. I like the Top as a cover over the AIO or fans but wish it was more open as it is almost always for exhaust. NZXT can keep their 3 pin fans and charge less for the case.
Just finished my h6 flow build ryzen 7600x/strix b650 e-e/wd 2tb nvme/32gb g skill trident rgb/asus tuf 7900xtx/360m nzxt rgb elite aio/and a boat load of phankek d30s .
Great case just be careful of 360m rad in roof if your mb has a big io heat sink as my asus strix b650 e-e is way to close *as he mentioned edit . other than that it was easy love it now finished .
Yes just needed a few mm more
Thought about geting this case but It has a few issues. No dust filters, no rubber things on the cable holes. Little space between the GPU and glass if you have a 40 series card. And the power button is at the bottom, I keep my PC on the floor so having the power button at the bottom is not good for me
for some reason the front fans arent spinning but everything else works, does anyone know why?
Thanks
Picked up the non rgb model and now wondering if the rgb model fans have pwm. Pretty lame the fans do not have that feature
This was a case I was considering, but have eliminated it now. It is now between the Fractal Design Torrent. Lancool 216 and Lancool III.
This still a very good case. Anyone using AMD doesn't need an Triple AIO. Also NZXT own website says the optimal air setup is stock.
@@freeisalwaysme Not saying it is not a good case. Just too wide for my space.
Does a 240mm radiator fit??
Do you have plans to build a custom loop in one of your videos? Would be great
Been planning to do one for a few years, but never got any further than that
i dont have the Usb place on the mobo?
Will there be decline in price of rtx 4090 after 4080 super launch
My power supply has two screws that don’t line right:( basically same psu
I tried this case just before Christmas for a new build and had to scrap it. I ended up selling the case at a small loss on eBay to get rid of it.
With a chunky 4080 or 4090, the 12VHPWR cable is flush up against the glass - I am not risking an $1800 GPU on a $120 case, just spend more and get something a bit bigger.
I also found the stock fans terrible and the top clearances were too tight.
The H6 is just too small for a higher end build, IMHO. An inch more height, width, and depth, and NZXT had a winner - literally, just one inch, such a tragic misfire.
I can't find an answer to putting 2 GPUs in this case, I just want to know if you can. Can someone test pls. Im only gonna put like an asus 7900 xtx and asus dual 7600, i could even go smaller but i just wanna know if it works.
This is more of a question of whether it fits your motherboard rather than the case. If it fits the motherboard, just open more pcie expansion slots in the back and you should be good
I have a ATX and for some reason it's not fitting?
I couldn’t find the intel LGA1700 9:30
im stuck between the nv5, king 95 and the h6 flow
All good options, hard to pick the winner
What is that screwdriver
I just come here and relax looking at how a person assembles home computers
goddam i was so looking forward to this case, but knowing now u cant put a 280 up top has put a dent in that
Can i use 120mm fans at the bottom
Not on the H6 flow, the holes are only for 140 mm fans
What about NZXT H9? Will this case be on your channel?
No immediate plans
How much it’s cost?
Are you from NI?
I totally agree with your disappointment of those DC fans instead of PWR ones. Why are those DC fans still out there at all?
Oh no... I ordered the Corsair 2000d and assumed I'd have a guide from you! Can you do one real quick? You're my favorite to follow!
7:40 "Leaver" 😭
You need to undervolt that 14900k.
110 usd
you got a nice biceps a a serious thick underarm. Did you get all those muscles from building PCs?
You need them nowadays with the size of the gpu
this 4080 is huuuge
Sure is
i think you do talk a little fast for comfort. If some one that also wants to fallow this guide form a foreign country. That's not quite english its going to be harder for thim to fallow
If you think this is fast do NOT visit the UK, I live here and most people talk a lot faster than this person😂
Those fans that come with the case are garbage. Never had a louder PC. And when its on heavy duty it has a high pitch sound that's really, really annoying. Don't buy this crap.
