def invest in a candy thermometer for your next go round. you have to get your mixture to 300 degrees and then remove from heat and start dipping your fruit. you can also just use wax paper to lay your candied fruit on instead on using a water bath too🥰 love this so much 😁

nobut why was i nervous going to the movies at night and there were 0 parents and millions of teens . like isn't it your bedtime ??? I went early too which meant that I had to wait a little in the lounge area and behind me were a bunch of teens eating and one couple making out in the corner, when they left they didn't even bother throwing away their trash like a whole pizza box WITH perfectly good pizza and drinks , popcorn etc. Idk I'm only 21 but I at least know to have courtesy and clean up after myself , my sister was mad too lol

I am very late to the video, but I just wanted to tell you that you are saying tanghulu the right way! Lots of people have a different way to say it because it kinda varies when you read it and you don’t really know how to say it. Also I’m pretty sure you know this But if you do a fruit like watermelon, it has a high water content, it won’t work that well. Some people do watermelon but you have to try and dry it off a lot before dipping it in the sugar coating. OK just wanted to tell you! And you should try and make dragons beard candy! If you do some research on it you will find some information on how to make it! ily 🫶
