Thank you for being so open about your struggle with anxiety, I've suffered with it all my life and was always made to feel like there was something wrong with me and that I wasn't as good as other people because of it. For redness after waxing: hydrocortisone cream. To boost it keep it in the fridge or do a cold compress after(or if you are waxing everything a cold rinse) and it will reduce the redness
