    Earlier i use to study for abt 1-2 hr a day and that also not with full concentration, but when I tried that alarm clock method, the timings gradually increased and now I can study for abt 7 hrs a day.
    Its an effective method.Try it out guys! You will see a positive change in about 2 weeks if you will follow it ethically.

    Alarm clock method was really useful but after around 10 days I didn't need to use that method anymore to do work all day.

Here is an extra tip : Whenever you are trying to do something lets se study but for some reason you are failing just tell yourself one thing "I will do it for only 20 min " and then start doing it more often than not you will end up doing it more than 20 min .Give this trick a try if aren't able to star some work .

    Have my CA exams in june. Earlier I was studying for longer hours but, somedays back I got stuck with my thoughts and started overthinking, then watching motivational content on youtube to overcome my thoughts. I then used the alram clock method and started to note down my wasted hours. When I used to see that my wasted time is more than productive time, I gradually started to abondon my thoughts whenever I used to sit for studying. I am now better focused on my studies and the overthinking is automatically disappeared. Thank to him.😇

    He's so good at explaining mindsets and logically solving an issue! And I've used his tip to just sit and think that's my absolute favourite tip!
    A few tips that have helped me to study for longer/better quality hours
    - Avoid Junk Food
    -Start in the morning
    -Limit/avoid social media (I deleted apps and only use social media once a week)
    -Make a plan for the day
    -start small (one hour or maybe even 25 minutes)
    -Use an app to track study time (Flip, Forest etc)

    I've wasted my 11th and 12th on so called distraction without even knowing i was distracted...i started texting people online,seek for unconditional levitating in thoughts ( nibbi thing🤷), misbehaved my parents for they scolded me to use less mobile phone..
    Today I've realised my faults ...my parents never opposed my over anything , they always allows me to do everything but i feel very guilty that somewhere I'm betraying them and myself too and destroying my future....but I'm gonna change myself right from now... I'll make out the best version of myself at any cost.

    Suggestion: You may want to film a 25 minutes Pomodoro session video of you doing uninterrupted study/work and students can use that stay motivated for that duration in your virtual company. I’m sure your students will love this idea. :)

    I started using your alarm clock technique when your previous video came and was studying around 4 hours after college, left studying after lockdown started, felt bad about it 1 day, again started alarm clock technique and now I'm studying around 8-9 hours per day which I'm planning to take to 11-12 hours. When no one believes in us, even we ourselves, shwetabh does.

      Solution of low confidence -. Just imagine the worst case scenario of any action, and be prepared for that, and do action for better result, { remember, not for worst case}
      Solution for inferiority complex - compare yourself on monthly basis or yearly basis, don't compare with others. All human beings are different, but you are you, you can get better result when compare yourself, after comparing take positive feedback to your life.

    I am pretty sure u have clock in your room on your left side............guessed from ur body movements at 9:34
    u can follow these 2 more tips :
    use alarm clock method using an actual analog alarm clock. you will feel more urgency to use time
    have two phone one keypad and one smartphone, smartphone only to be used when absolute important otherwise switch it off.

    One extra tip to maximize productivity while studying, who has just begun to study for longer duration. Set an alarm for 1 hour, work furiously during this(using beast mode as mentioned by shwetabh in some of his older videos). Then set a timer for 5 mins. In this five minutes, drink 3-4 sips(or more) of water. Take a walk in your apartment/room.. or do some physical exercise to exhaust those 5 minutes. Then follow the above steps again. 1 hour beast mode work, 5 mins break. This technique is proven useful, and see the amount of work you can do in 5 hours like this, in comparison to 5 hours continuous working. Drinking water will hydrate you again and walking will increase blood flow in your body especially to your brain. So try it out . Hope this work :)

    ...timepass ,Day dreaming ,Friends gossip ,excessive use of smartphones,jokes ,bad habbits ,uncontrolled behaviour ,disrespect towards elder n women is very common after a child crosses his age 12.

    Hanji bhai, alarm clock method use kiya hai maine. Shuru me laga nhi kuch fayeda hoga but 3-4 din baad diary dekh ke khud ko lagne laga ki pdai ka time bda dena chahye. It really works guys try kro kuch din discipline ke sath. Khud jab likha hua proof dekhoge ki aaj kaam nhi kiya to agle din khud se kaam krne ka man krega. Aur thoda thoda krke kaam ka duration bdao. Koi ye nhi bol rha ki ek hi din me 12 ghnte pdne baith jao. Start small but be consistent. And thanks Shwetabh Bhai for all the practical tips.
