Good to see you were a Sanskrit student too! I'm currently in Grade 11 and I preferred Sanskrit over my regional language as my Second Language because I felt it was much easier and hence I was able to focus more on the Science subjects without worrying too much about Sanskrit. I started learning Sanskrit back in Grade 8, it was really hard at first but now that I have mastered the basics, its going really smooth. Perspectives play a huge role!

The best video and most appropriate video for me. What happens to me is I take up studies with a fresh mind but after 20 minuites i feel so distracted that i take my phone and start watching youtube for hours. The points that I liked the most are: Keep the phone in a fridge and start studying, writing down the goals to achieve and record the progress. Also noting down the aspiration is a great way of motivation. After watching this, i am just disabling youtube from my phone till my icse exam and swear to myself that i wont see anything unless your videos sometimes.

Since i was a student, i played SNOOKER. It's pretty much an old man game but u hv to hit every ball with 100% focus for it to go and that really h elped me

Things I learned from watching Anuj's videoss => Routine: Set a study Routine and also set a certain time to go wild and get distracted but decrease the Distraction hours over time E learning: ! Hearing is fun and u dont need to concentrate 100% watch lectures online Have a Tunnel vision, challenge yourself , focus during your focus hours, if you do something for 10-20 days it'll become a pakkii habit 80-20 rule : read imp words and mostly revise the imp qs from past papers Flowcharts and tables r helpful. Make a castle inside ur brain where u put a diagram or some knowledge in a room in da castle and then when u r bored u can just revise from ur " memory castle " Visual learning: make drawings to learn, make stories connecting the words and hard names, write notes when u read smth for the first time and don't read book the next time, read ur notes and do active re call Set Clear goals Short term goals : no free time until all work is done and be done by 5 pm Long term goals : doctor !!!!! Sit somewhere new Expalin concepts to someone, put ur phone in da fridge, apply pomodoro method cos we work gud only when the deadline is near , start!! Starting is the hardest part Also make a progress book abt u and ur books' relationship

1)since motivation is temporary you should make a habit what you are trying to do.then we don't have to think before doing it ex.brusing a teeth is a habit 2)if social media distracts you...then say your self "abhi nahi mai nahi dekhuga abhi mai padai karunga" it's your will power. 3)just fix a time in which you will completely distracted so that you would utilize the entire time..NOTE :1 to 2 hr during exam he studied 20 hr 4)you have to be focused during study 5)Find a meaningful thing what you wanna do. 6)if you can't study at one place ,you should change the place for a few days. 7)if you have done all this despite you are being destracted then you must take a break because you are burned out. 8)if can't follow it then go for a walk and sit and do whatever you are trying to do.. because starting is the hardest point

The best video and most appropriate video for me. What happens to me is I take up studies with a fresh mind but after 20 minuites i feel so distracted that i take my phone and start watching youtube for hours.
The points that I liked the most are: Keep the phone in a fridge and start studying, writing down the goals to achieve and record the progress. Also noting down the aspiration is a great way of motivation. After watching this, i am just disabling youtube from my phone till my icse exam and swear to myself that i wont see anything unless your videos sometimes.

1) Ice pack on my eyes if im getting distracted shifts me back
2) playing a sport atleast 30 mins. Since i was a student, i played SNOOKER. It's pretty much an old man game but u hv to hit every ball with 100% focus for it to go and that really h elped me

Things I learned from watching Anuj's videoss =>
Routine:
Set a study Routine and also set a certain time to go wild and get distracted but decrease the Distraction hours over time
E learning: ! Hearing is fun and u dont need to concentrate 100% watch lectures online
Have a Tunnel vision, challenge yourself , focus during your focus hours, if you do something for 10-20 days it'll become a pakkii habit
80-20 rule : read imp words and mostly revise the imp qs from past papers
Flowcharts and tables r helpful. Make a castle inside ur brain where u put a diagram or some knowledge in a room in da castle and then when u r bored u can just revise from ur " memory castle "
Visual learning: make drawings to learn, make stories connecting the words and hard names, write notes when u read smth for the first time and don't read book the next time, read ur notes and do active re call
Set Clear goals
Short term goals : no free time until all work is done and be done by 5 pm
Long term goals : doctor !!!!!
Sit somewhere new
Expalin concepts to someone, put ur phone in da fridge, apply pomodoro method cos we work gud only when the deadline is near , start!! Starting is the hardest part
Also make a progress book abt u and ur books' relationship

And i always fail to make myself motivated to study.I dont have proper environment..I get distracted very easily..My parents told me that my "PHONE" has distracted me a lot and i too think the same...I got 9.8/10 CGPA in 10th boards. I have studied more consistently in 10th standard.And i wish to have that same consistency now also.

1)since motivation is temporary you should make a habit what you are trying to do.then we don't have to think before doing it ex.brusing a teeth is a habit
2)if social media distracts you...then say your self "abhi nahi mai nahi dekhuga abhi mai padai karunga" it's your will power.
3)just fix a time in which you will completely distracted so that you would utilize the entire time..NOTE :1 to 2 hr during exam he studied 20 hr
4)you have to be focused during study
5)Find a meaningful thing what you wanna do.
6)if you can't study at one place ,you should change the place for a few days.
7)if you have done all this despite you are being destracted then you must take a break because you are burned out.
8)if can't follow it then go for a walk and sit and do whatever you are trying to do.. because starting is the hardest point
