We are in AZ and looking to move to Boise. Spent almost a month there this last summer through the 4th. Been looking at Idaho though since the mid 90’s. Wish we would have pulled the trigger then. Anyway, we are all in o n the North End area. We’ll see how the market goes this year to sell then figure out the buying.

I think he's selling houses to people with assets. Stocks, rental houses, etc vs people who trade their time for money. People who trade their time for money make no money. But the ppl who own all the assets....their net worth just doubles in 3-4 years. They keep printing more money....goes to the rich ppl who already have everything. Now there is no cheap housing west of Denver. Gonna have to relocate to North Dakota or West Texas or something. Anyone under 40 has no chance to be able to afford anything. Is there any zoning for Tiny houses....cause that's all gen z is gonna be able to afford. And nobody gives a crap. Selfish boomers. Their policies ruined the country. CA ppl ruined their own state and then are flocking here and these greedy developers are just doubling all the prices.

What's the cheapest price in East Boise....600k-700k. Avg Salary in boise is like 60k. That doesn't compute.
