Great information. I'm down to chain and sprocket on my build.... I raced go-karts from 84 to 92 but I've been out the scene for many years and forgot a lot of small details... But thanks for the vid. Great stuff

I got an old ARCO mini bike running 420 chain to match up with original sprocket "54" tooth 212 predator ,my question is do you think I should not use a master link

    • @WesleySnyder

Not running a master link of more durable for sure but I have had good luck with master links if you put them on right.

Pretty old video but you thought me something about #35 chains and predator engines. I haven't had an issue but better safe the sorry right. I had it on my bike for two years now but I think that's the issue I'm have with the noise I'm getting on the clutch or it's a shitty cheap clutch.

Some #35 chain brands hold up better then others. I have had good luck with MAX TORQUE or COMET centrifugal clutches. THANKS FOR WATHING.

I like to use #40 or 420 chain with a predator 212 and i have good luck with max torque clutches. Even then i tend to get only a year or two. Im sure the key is good gearing... something geared fast will wearout fast. Thanks for watching the 😎👍👍👍👍
