Baja Worrior I want to ride it
in this video i try to get the Baja Worrior running and riding. It puts up a fight and resist at every turn. this may have been a bad idea lol. a little weld repair alot of carb cleaning and a rusty gas tank is the task in this video

GY6 scooter clutch shudder fix

well my 150cc GY6 scooter has a weird shudder when you first take off from a stop. the whole scooter shakes and vibrates at really low speeds but stops at about 3 to 5 mph ( 4 to 8 kph) this is the last little querk left with the scooter so in this video i take the cvt cover off to find every thing looks pretty good except there is alot if clutch dust built up in the vareator and in the centref...

the original clutch setup on the vankart ( ahome made gokart that looks like a van ) relied on a cable and wasn't very reliable. the cable often broke and also affected the tension oon the clutch its self. so in this video I figure out a better setup for the clutch pedal ect.. with my welder and a plazma cutter it worked out to be pretty awesome in the end. #build #gokart #minibike #diy #vankar...

Hey man would like a question. i have 6.5 horse power engine with a clutch on it. i also have a sprocket and chain from a motorized by kit and i thought to use those on my mini bike but when I checked I saw that the chain from the motorized bike kit didn't fit the clutch on my engine (it was too small). I was wondering if I could just buy a new 40 chain and use the same sprocket or do I need to buy a new sprocket too. Thanks!
@@aharonparhi7860 if the sprocket is a #40 then it will work but i think bike engine kits are #35 chain. I can't really tell unless I see it. #40 chain is 1/2 inch from point to point. Thanks for watching 😎👍

@@WesleySnyder what if it's oil? I guess I'm hearing that could also be the case. If that's true... it still ok to take the stuff off and clean well and then add fluids if needed and just go for it? I d9nt want the motor to seize

@@arockdaschel yes it can be oil too you might have to clean the carb out to get it to rin
you gave that crab to old college try for sure you dont know if its really junk unless you try to fix it the worst that can happen is you might learn something... i loved the bailing wire choke lever👍
@@BrandyDuncan-t2b I don't want to give up on the carb yet i might do something drastic in a future video. But i did learn a predator carb fits this close ne moter just fine.

Picked up one of these, last week, on clearance, with the 4ah battery. Paid less than the cost of just the battery. So far, I like how it works with a flap wheel on it. I'm going to be using it with a few other wheel types and we'll see if I feel the same as you do in a year. if anything, I might get a fast charger for the battery, because the included charger takes a good six hours, or so, to charge up the big battery. One nice thing, though, is that if the grinder takes a crap, I can still use the battery with the other 20v Hyper Tough tools I have.
I have been meaning to get the big battery but it's pretty expensive so I haven't justified buying it yet but I probably will eventually. Thanks for watching 😎👍

I find stuff on the road too my most recent finds are a 9 16th wrench and a 13mm socket
Im about to do the bearings on a 185s. Been riding 3 wheeler for 25 something years and never had to replace these on any trike ive had. You have 100% more experience than I when it comes to this!
@@Hillbillypunk im pretty sure this is the worst big red I have ever seen when it comes to abuse of the machine, It belonged to a guy who jumped it and rode thru creeks and ponds then was sold to a cow farmer that also abused it. Its actually setting with a smoking engine right now as i round up parts to rebuild the engine.
@@WesleySnyder sounds like that one has earned it's keep! I drug home this '82 185s the other day, it's complete tho. Completely full of spiders and rust and everything sucks on it. My favorite kind hahah Came with a really cool Super Trap exhaust, I'm probably gonna stick that on my much nicer '84 200s.
I have a ice bear trike n it's almost brand new and it those the same it shudders after a while of riding it lets say after 30 minutes or riding it. I press the gas n it ki is of shudder hesitates then it goes like a champ. Any idea?
@@4204-m3z not sure, i dont have any experience with those bikes but if it was mine i would just take the cover of the cvt and see if anything is broken or like mine really dusty. Good luck.

This comes with a 4 amp hour battery which by itself sells for $55. I was wanting to buy a 4ah battery anyway so since this was only $5 more I basically got a grinder for $5

chain guard is a great idea with your leg that close to the jackshaft...i like the easy access design

those little cable operated brake calipers work surprisingly well i used that style on one bike and it is still in use

fantastic now there's a video on the youtube on how to fix gy6 clutch shudder in english... i can see how the dust would prevent those little weights or rollers from fully engaging at low rpms... that sure was a lot of dust i cringed when you blew out that death cloud... great video A+ material

i just received my super clean products you gave me and i have a dirty project to use them on. i have a gmc jimmy that has a leaking oil cooler line that has been leaking for years and years. its a greasy pig! a real mechanical A-HOLE... i had bought the replacement oil line a few years back but never put it in... i'm going to try out this SUPER CLEAN on it and see how it works and maybe i'll get the new line on it... thanks again for the giveaway video... see if i can't clean up my act lol

i judge brake cleaner by how bad it burns when i spray it in my eye lol the crc brand is way better than the kragen stuff lol
I was working on a friend's engine and he brought some carb cleaner. I don't remember what brand it was but it wouldn't even take paint off so i told him he can keep it. Kragen is O'Reilly's where I'm from and they charge too much for brake clean.
i just scored a troy-bilt pony with a new briggs 19hp for free the mower itself is in rough shape but the motor is brand new thinking of making a fast mower as i have no use for a riding mower... not sure what i'm going to do yet... im sure i can make something real dangerous though lol
