I am fairly new to iRacing but on IMSA today I noticed my pace towards the end of the race dropping off massively. It then clicked to me and I payed more attention on tire wear in the next race. My consistency and pace instantly increased. And now you are releasing the perfect video for that :D

Definitely! It's even more obvious with the new F1 cars (both W12 and W13), I was having someone in front of me super pushing, could see him locking up / dancing with the rears, then he put a gap of 2-3 seconds to me until a point where his tires dropped out of a cliff. Not only I overtook him but I finished 5-10 seconds ahead of him in the end. Although there are some aliens that can push like crazy and still maintain tire life, they run super low brake bias that would make the average person spin under braking in order to increase the life of the front tires and also play with diff and other in car settings through the race + their line is so good that they carry crazy amount of speed into the corner without needing to brake so much.

I'm from rookie to c in 1 month and I already notice saving tires is soo much gaining at the end

Ok so should I worry about saving tires on the 15-30min long races or should be racing hard on the shorter races

If there were punctures for driving over debris or oil stains on the track after a blown engine it would be great, as long as it was an option in some menu or for offline racing. Or seeing the AI cars lose control and go backwards into the wall. I haven't played offline but in NR2003 accidents only happened when an AI car went off the line, never due to a spin.

That was a really cool graphic at the end of the video regarding setups and changes. Where did you find that?

Thanks! It's a guide on how to create your custom setups for F3 cars. You can download it from here: www.igpfun.com/quick-setup-guide-adapt-a-baseline-setup-to-your-liking/
