Just for your information the .5mm is the length of the needle, not how thin it is because that would be known as it's "gauge". Dr. Pen has a similar device for way less money.
I used it for the first time today but after 3 passes, almost no serum had come out of the bottle. Is that normal? I followed all the steps very carefully. How much of it did you have left in the bottle after 3 passes over your face?
Hi, if you leave the device upside down for a few minutes, the serum should reach the needles. I usually have 1/4-1/3 left after 2-3 passes over the face. Hope it helps.
