Yes I bought it & really like the led light and it fits the face perfectly. It’s comfortable. If no one has seen it before it may freak your family member out. 😂 I used the coupon n used Klara to make 4 payments stretched 2 weeks apart.
@@randyann7691is it only LED or has infra red light too ? I heard that the infrared it’s the one take rally works.
Does it ever feel like it’s pressing too much on your forehead?
it is adjustable & rather comfortable.. does not press on forehead. Hope that helps. It’s a good investment. I used Klara for payments affirm is good too.
I wanted to love this mask, but mine stopped holding a charge and lighting up for more than one minute just after the warranty was up. I didn't even get 6 or 7 months of three times per week use out of it. Qure did not stand behind their product, and tons of people have complained of this same issue on Trust Pilot. Expensive lesson learned. I had much better luck with the far cheaper Cleopatra mask: more coverage, more intensity, more LEDS, and has lasted when used TONS more than the Qure mask.

Like the device but it’s only good for a year after that if it fails you’re out of luck because they don’t repair them when it’s most likely the battery as rechargeable anything doesn’t last forever this is a major oversight on design imho. On such a highly regarded product even Apple can replace their battery all be it a hassle.

When did you use the mask, morning or night, or doesn’t matter? Also, where did you get the coffee table. It’s so cute and compact.
I use it as part of my night routine. The small coffee table was from Cost Plus World Market.
Its better use in the morning because it gives ur body energy, specially red light, in the evening we must be quite to sleep,before using my mask I use green tea and results are much better
It's a scam, that mask doesn't work, I used it for 7 months 5 or 6 times a week and I didn't see any results.
Hi Chris I just got my Qure mask, but I am having trouble syncing the app with my phone. Was hoping your unboxing info. included that, how to adjust the strap and should there be any lights on for the initial charging hours? Mine does not. Thanks for any advice you can give. You are a beautiful young woman, enjoy it !
Hi Janet, thank you for the comment. You can definitely find all the info you need on the user's manual. You can update your phone system and get the latest Qure app and try the connection again. The strap is elastic and adjustable. For the initial charging, I did overnight but I don't think it takes that long. Let me know if the mask works for you.

When the mask arrived, is there already power in it? Did you try pressing the on off button at the forehead part and the green light turns on? I got mine and I haven’t even charged yet and the device can be turned on displaying a green light. 🤔
In this case, it may have some power when it was shipped to you. I didn't remember if mine had power before the first charge. I thought I charged right away.
How do you make the strap stay on? It connects to nothing on the side.
It connects through the slim holes on the sides.
There's a pin that you slide through the end of the strap.
Hello, thank you for the video!! You are so gorgeous... I have a question, can UV protection glasses be worn under the mask? Blue light is dangerous for the eyes if they are not protected...
You can wear UV goggle glasses if you like. But I haven't been having any eye issues so far. I will keep you updated.

Yes, it works for mature skin.
After unboxing you don't show the instructions to set up. The device doesn' t have clear instructions.

The app is highly recommended. One charge lasts for at least a week if I use consistently.
Hi Chris, do you use any serum with this mask on?
I use this mask after cleansing and with my regular skincare products on.
Just reported mine would not charge and I have only had for 8 months. Warranty means nothing if they wont stand behind them. I can not locate official Qure lusb c cable so they blamed that. Also was plugging into a power strip which has a dedicated 5v 1 amp usb port, they claim that I was directly plugging into a outlet which is BS. Its no different than using a plugable charger. They wont even answer if I can purchase a official cable and charger form them. It my case it appears to be the usb input on the mask is wore out as any cable I try does not snap in. They asked me for video documentation which I sent and thats when they gave me the above excuses.
I'm sorry but I never had this issue. The usb connection looked fine on my device.

I heard from a dermatologist that the blue light will but not the red light

I think it's recommended to use this mask with the app to get the most out of it.

@@Mahy4it will work. It is set to turn off after 3min after initial start. App is just to manage different areas to treat

Pre ordered the mask waited months got it and it’s totally defective. Mask is a real pos. Do not buy and would recommended reading reviews about how shitty their customer service is

@@casebased8391 , I did not want an RFID chip right next to my brain/pineal and pituitary gland. Health-wise that sounded like a very dangerous idea. I thought the chip could be disabled, but it couldn't. I opted for a mask that had no microwave radiation shooting into my head. The mask has since been sold.
