I haven't joined the program but i must say, this channel has been a huge part of my growth in the past two years. I'd always been someone who was looking to learn and grow. Having grown up with crippling (and I mean Crippling) social anxiety, I was always forcing myself outside of my comfort zone with karaoke, door-to-door sales, public speaking and more so that by the time I was about 20 I'd gotten myself to a point of just being shy instead of completely incapable to speaking to anyone new and having constant panic attacks. Then I discovered this channel a couple years ago, met a supportive girl and worked my way up at my job and now I walk into parties and bars like I'm already everyones best friend 😅 it feels great to have this much progress and I can't express enough how amazing the free content alone is from you guys!

Self acceptance isn't always an easy thing, and if it was - there probably would be too much peace and not adequate progress. And often times, self-esteem; which is similar to self acceptance is meant to be a barrier to shield us from harm or danger, and is often interchangeable. But I suppose it depends on the situation.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really loved him so much I can’t stop thinking about him, I’ve tried my very best to get him back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of him, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss him and just can’t stop thinking about him
its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let him go i did all i could to get him back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring him back.
It's been awhile since I've watched your channel but I dropped by to say this: ever since I watched your videos on body language, behavior, correct speech, I have been a wreck. I've become so hyper vigilant of everything I do down to how I speak, posture, eye contact, everything, trying to do what you say in these videos I just can't relax and be myself anymore. Every ounce of my behavior has to be micromanaged now. I'm hyper aware of myself and every imperfection that's there and it's hell
because you must not force yourself to become like said in the video, it must become an habit which means that it takes time. You can't change everything in one day, just take your time
That’s called anxiety. I agree to some extent that watching videos like these can negatively affect you if your goal is to become socially accepted. However if you use it as a tool to improve certain parts of your personality. It can be extremely helpful. It’s more information on how you can act if you want to be more open, genuine and confident in yourself. Not to affect others
If you're having these issues, I suggest just forgetting all the tips they give. A lot of these tips focus on communication skills, but the most important thing, just like they often talk about, is really just relaxing and being genuine. So, not micromanaging everything you do will probably make you more charismatic than being so hypervigilant - even if you are not applying all their tips. To improve, you must first accept yourself. It sounds paradoxical, but think about it this way: to improve who you are, you need to first know who you are. Otherwise, you won't really be improving who you are, you'll just try to be someone you aren't. Remember that you're imperfect and you will always be. However, you shouldn't ever think you are not enough because of that. No one is perfect, and I don't think you hold anyone else to that standard, so don't hold that standard to yourself. I know that everything I'm talking about is easier said than done, it's close to telling someone who's depressed "just be happier", but sometimes I find that I need to be reminded of everything I just said, and hearing it helps and motivates me just a little, I'm hoping it helps you too, however slightly it may be. If that really continues to be an issue, then just seek professional help if you have to. I know there's still a stigma about that but it makes no sense to hold a stigma against trying to feel better, and seeking the help of someone qualified for that.
Hi guys, I hope everything is going well for you; I was wondering why I didn't make videos, why the book can't be bought anymore, and why the free video course can't be seen anymore (at least in Italian) however they are things in the background; I hope you always live in health given the good you have done to all of us who follow you. A warm hug, Lorenzo

I feel like they were probably discouraged from everyone’s overreaction of using Andrew Tate as an example. You don’t have to be a great role model to learn from someone.
Very helpful advice. I do think it's telling that Tate proved his own words right not personally, but by how easily Greta Thunberg controlled *him* with dismissive amusement at his fronting on Twitter. This is a kid who's known for passionately ranting at politicians, displaying a tremendous amount of emotion--but she deemed him so far beneath her that her mocking was absolutely lowkey stuff, and he came across as the kid instead. Losing his cool like that was ultimately the reason he was collared by authorities. Should've taken his own advice. I guess she knew her core values and self-validated better than her adult opponent. Age clearly doesn't govern personal strength. A valuable lesson.
Nonsense. Passionately ranting at politicians and showing emotions is not indicative of intelligence, but her resorting to body-shaming and amateur insult is rather indicative of her actual mental capability; that of a toddler groomed by her activist parents and serving as a puppet for politicians to push flawed policies. Her "core" values are rooted in naivety of a toddler and her only "strength" stemming from fallacious appeal to emotions.
I got recommended a video from this channel today after a long time. OG CoC had some good tips on conversations but it looks like it devolved into a manipulation channel. Charlie did always have a dead expression on him. Happy to see its been 9 months since an upload.
Just came to your most recent video to say that you guys should take a look at Action Bronson, not like you should do a video on him or anything like that, but I think he is extremely good at meshing with all sorts of people. When I think of a charismatic person he's the first person that comes to mind for me.
I don't care so much about what people think; but, I do care very much about what those thoughts propel them to do against me. Furthermore, when they make their thoughts known to others and those people also take the actions against me.

@@OmarHamza-nz9ob No one should be pressuring you to be anything except what you yourself think and believe-Christian, Moslem, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist atheist, deist, or agnostic. . . have you read "The Pit and the Pendulum," by Edgar Allan Poe when the narrator asks what proof is there of God, and the prisoner thinks that when humans dream they dream of loved ones who are deceased and that is our proof of God. Every human has a theory of an Afterlife, because this is a very difficult life because we humans leave at different times. The most important thing is that the humans respect other people's theories as long as they are not committing violent crimes. Don't worry what other people think. You have your beliefs and you are important and entitled to that. Smile and say, "We can agree to disagree."
@@melindaaimeeroth5580 Absolutely correct... I don't worry what other people think... I just worry about what extremists think because such a situation gets quite confrontational and I am afraid of their violent behavior... You know na that anger and anxiety kills spirituality..? Actually I am an exmuslim and I am sick of hearing the word "Allah"... I also wana get rid of Allah how can I do that with spiritual support.... Also I had a dream in which i saw that I am entering somewhere by a gate and the word Jehova is written on a board above it... It felt so calming in the dream... But, I don't know the spiritual meaning of the dream..
One caveat with the letting other people make you happy/unhappy part is only about external validation. You can let people make you feel happy/unhappy by caring for them. For example; I love my mom, she goes through depressive periods, every time I see her like that makes me feel unhappy. That's not because I care what she thinks or care what I think about her but because I care about her happiness. And the 'they can't grow because they can't admit to themselves they need to grow' part is really contradicting. If I hate myself because I feel like I'm not good enough then I'm already admitting I need to grow. The mindset is toxic not because you don't have that realization but because you're in your own way by being too busy beating yourself up about it and won't even try because if you fail even in the slightest bit you've just proven that you're loser. Once someone feels like they will never get where they want to go it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

11 months... I used to live these videos. Sad to see this channel fade.
Why'd you stop posting videos? I love your content! Come back into the charisma game!
Damn that last point hit home. My therapist has been telling me about self acceptance because I haven’t accepted my anxiety/perfectionist self 😅
Hey miss these videos.
Hope you are doing well mate
And hope to hearing something form you or your team
Waiting and cheering you all on
Thank you so much this was the exact video i needed its so weirdly specific my problem. I struggle with insecurity and trauma that costed me my self esteem and this video gave me great advice. Thanks

Gotta say this is my fav video of yours, everything is well put and said very concisely.
This had a lot of really good points. One of the best videos on this topic.
You guys have changed my life in such a great way. I started watching your videos 3 years ago and I have come a long way with my conversation skills.
Thank you guys🎉❤
Bro please come back I’m becoming more insane by the day
Thank you charisma on command ❤

always loving your work, your contents are a game changer for anyone who looks for growth in personality❤
Absolutely beautiful video, guys. Just what i needed to hear.
5:41 Dropping bars man. Only way I was truly able to find peace and happiness within myself was through fasting. Took me years to figure that out and have a consistent energy level💁🏽♂️
“This video is so inspiring! 🌟 It’s amazing how much our confidence can impact our lives and how we live them. The reminder about the number one regret of people on their deathbeds really hits home. It’s a powerful nudge to stop living for others and start embracing our true selves. Thanks for sharing such valuable insights!”
why did yall stop making videos?
So beneficial... I feel like this is what should be taught at school
Why did Charisma on Command stop making videos??
This video is life changing!
Yep
Thanks to the videos, I have finally developed the courage to become what I truly am, and I find that I resemble God Of War's Brok in many ways. I am very brutally honest, I speak what's on my mind with no filter, and I am not bothered if I have to pay consequences for it. If something is good, I'll say it is good, if something is bad, I'll say it is bad. And I have developed more friends than enemies this way.
Know thyself. Decision is the ultimate power.
Brother please help me..
How can a non Muzlim (christian, hindu, buddhist or atheist) respond to a arrogant muzlim if the muzlim starts to bully the non muslim by saying: *"Come to our mosque even if you aren't a Muzlim come to our mosque, leave everything."*
How can a non Muzlim respond to diffuse the situation?
I don't know about other people, but i'm 34 and all these inner demons and doubts i feel like i don't have them on my own, but my parents make an effort to remind me to instal these flaws to "self regulate". The feeling of not being as good as others or not deserving of something or to bash yourself is to fuel improvement as other examples... I know it's taboo to blame the parents for your weaknesses, but i trully feel that i am a "perfect" healthy human by myself before their active meddling.
I.. have had these thoughts before
Plz come back
These guys not posting anymore or smth?
We need a video on Neal Caffrey from White Collar, the most charismatic character of all time
I truly needed this thank u❤
We all did.
Thanks for the video Ben :) You provide a lot of value. How much of this video reflects your personal experiences? Charlie spoke about his feelings of co-dependence on you and you stopped hanging out. Hope the two of you are doing well!

Amazing, how did you get a spiritual counselor, and how do i reach him?
His name is Father Obah Eze, and he is a great spiritual counselor who can bring back your ex.
he is father obah eze, he has great powers, he can help you.
Thank you for this valuable information, i just looked him up now online. impressive
The clip in the elevator from "Mad Men" says it all.
Michael Ginsberg: "I feel bad for you."
Don Draper: " I don't think about you at all."

I think as long as the people you like, like you, you're doing something right, but true about the tip of not letting that necessarily limit you.
Video is like made for me, thanks a lot guys! Pure gold!
Same 💯
Where did bro go?
Easier said than done, but I keep trying!
We miss your videos!!!!
Where is this dude?😮
I’d like your analysis of The Breakfast Clubs interview with Vivek Ramaswamy.
It’s a very fast paced back and forth with so much material to unravel between him and the female Q&A.
It takes loads of effort to create these videos. Thanks

What a great video! It is evident that this was well thought out.

The point, I liked most was, " Behave kindly to others but ignore the the discriminatory things which they tell about you and your passion"
Read "The subtle art of not giving a Fu** " by Mark Manson. One of the best books
Where did all of the last year’s videos go?
This was really good and not what I expected and something I needed thank you
Who needs personality when you got youtube videos to watch on your own... in the cold and dark...
😂😂
Just came to your most recent video to say that you guys should take a look at Action Bronson, not like you should do a video on him or anything like that, but I think he is extremely good at meshing with all sorts of people. When I think of a charismatic person he's the first person that comes to mind for me.
I don't care so much about what people think; but, I do care very much about what those thoughts propel them to do against me.
Furthermore, when they make their thoughts known to others and those people also take the actions against me.
I live for your take on politics! Make a video on whether or not Kamala Harris will lose to Donald Trump
People usually dont know it but they reflect something the way they act

Please advise me about what are the best dialogues to use.
@@OmarHamza-nz9ob "I am happy for you that you have found your spirituality, but I too have a spirituality which is different," and then smile. And in "Pentimento," Lillian Hellman said she finds spirituality in all places. You do not have to be forced into anything. You have your own feeling and beliefs,
@@melindaaimeeroth5580 But how will we respond to diffuse the situation... Please tell me some dialogues.... You seem to be very intelligent... I am fond of your response..
But, I don't know the spiritual meaning of the dream..
this is awesome🙌

Can you guys make a video on Calvin Grindz?
This man has amazingly charismatic interactions in his prank videos, being able to quickly communicate, connect, and deescalate.

Thanks for this video.

When I'm worrying about others opinions it can make me take comments with negative intent. So I gotta snap myself outta that.
Apparently the best formula for extreme confidence is to watch a lot of clips of actors in Hollywood movies.
Thank you. I needed this.
