    This was my first indoor ship in 1990. A good choice for Bostonian. Flies very well, and should dial in with a bit of downthrust for sure. Good luck with her, OS.

    I built one of those when it was published in Model Builder Magazine back in the 80's as I recall. We flew it outdoors in calm air but with no D/T it was thermal bait for sure! I used to love the full size plans in MB magazine back in those days.

      @@sandfac3427 I'd like to know more about tensioning the rubber to achieve such long flights. Showing how your technique works would be helpful.

      @@kitchentablebalsabuilds Thanks for the suggestion. I posted a video about "braiding motors" a while ago with Wally giving a tutorial, and can include more stuff about braiding in the future.
