Arsenal and Arteta in particular, need to understand that THIS IS IT. NO MORE, young lads, no more the team is developing, etc. We YELLED for Arteta and Edu to get a world class striker, a 25+ goals a season striker, he did NOT! NOW fans have to wring their hands every game through 0-0, 1-1, 2-1, 2-0 fixtures with Arsenal!!! Even with 10 men, Arsenal should have won this home game. It cannot be a season of blaming the refs and officiating! Clear GOALS put that beyond the pale. Arsenal should hit Brighton 5-0 at the AMEX and deny them a top 6 finish for the utterances made by Fabian Hurzeler on the Declan Rice red card.
Arteta has been given a lot of opportunity to mold this team, but he is playing like Barca, when City are playing like Real Madrid in the UCL! THAT will not be good enough. If Arsenal cannot find another gear, they may finish 3rd or 4th, not even 2d!
Rice has been poor so far this season, sometimes hes to rash diving in for his first yellow. Arteta waited to long to make the changes. Even with 10 men should be able keep the ball better. And we need a quality striker to finish chances. Unless city get deducted points forget title haaland on fire
So poor. Why o why did we not buy a striker. Plus us our bench was worse than last year.

I'll say it again, Arsenal are one or two injuries away from having a bad season. Also Gabriel is unsettled with this signing of Calafiori! He now has someone who can threaten his place and he is not handling it well. Sterling will also unsettle the squad. One player being unhappy is managable but two in the same position in Martinelli and Trossard will cause unrest.

Declan Rice shouldn't have got that yellow because he had walked away when van Hecke kicked the ball to his foot. In legal terms that's "entrapment" where someone is coerced to commit a crime when they otherwise wouldn't have.
