Many thanks for doing these talks. I’ve had chronic tinnitus for year now and had reached rock bottom with it. I discovered your podcasts and could totally relate to what you where saying , I now feel there is hope and with that my tinnitus is very slowly dominating my life less and less. The battle is long but absolutely this can be beaten. thank you.

My pleasure! I’m so happy to hear that. There truly is hope even without a cure. We are stronger than we think and we can only get stronger. Thanks for being here!😊💫

Thank you for doing these! Super helpful knowledge, and I can definitely vouch for Oto as well, especially in the early days. The more exposed I am to positive and helpful habituation stories, the more relieved and the better I seem to feel. There’s definitely a strong “anxiety about the future” component to new tinnitus that seems to anchor us to negative thoughts, and prevents progress from happening. After chatting with some people with very loud tinnitus as well and seeing them do just fine, our brain begins to anchor to those feelings of hope instead. Hoping your spike doesn’t last for much longer!

@@ricardomagalhaes6777 this is so true! I felt like I was alone for so long until I started sharing my experience. All it really takes to find some relief is connecting with are others in the same situation. Really great to hear Oto has been helping you!☺️

Can you use sound generators if you have reactive tinnitus?. Sound generators seem to spike certain sounds of mine.
