Thanks for the crisp video. just a query, we have Thalys train to brBrusselseaving from central station, so we take NS train from Schiphol -> Central then Thalys from Central AMS-> Brussels. is there any change of station at Central, or its same staion but different platfrom, any idea! (PS: overlooked booking Thalys from Schiphol -> Brussels, our bad)

Can one get from AMS airport station to France or Germany or London via a high speed train without changing trains?

12 GPM shower Hi, the train in this video is not the high speed train. You can catch the Thalys high speed train at AMS and take it directly to Paris, Brussels, Antwerp. Other cities are not direct and requires a transfer. Please do me a favor and like this video and subscribe. Thanks Mike

dinosz1000 Hi, there should be trains from Schiphol to Amsterdam Centraal hourly. There is always a taxi, if that doesn't work.

I believe there is but there is no real price advantage. Except that you don't have to pay the 'disposable ticket fee' twice. So you gain €1

At DiscoverHolland site it says one way ticket costs €4.40 for getting to Central Station, but here it says it's €5.10.
Are there any additional fees? and can they be avoided?

c0c0456 Yes we have an OV chip card, but it cost €7.00. Thus it depends on the length of your stay whether or not to purchase the card.

I'm staying just 4 days, and since I'm guessing those €7 are not refundable maybe it would be better to buy the tickets online at the DiscoverHolland site.
Do you know if that's the official transport site?

c0c0456 I would recommend that you buy your tickets at the kiosk, when you arrive. Just make sure you know your credit/debit card pin code. If you have any issues, you can also purchase your tickets at the service counter (from a human).
