Great video. I’ve been logging since May of this year and it changed my body composition a lot. I’m 195# 6’4” and try to hit that 40/30/30 around 2400 calories a day.
I know he said he wasn't going to be counting, but has he upped his protein intake.or been more conscientious aa to what he is eating? Has his energy/strength improved as a result? Great videos!
I enjoyed this video. I can only imagine if Pat ate his share in protein and got his numbers down he would be a beast and definitely feel better. After I got my macros down and actually ate the proper amount of protein it was like night and day!
