    So great to see how you can do an easy "check up" with your food! It would be interesting to hear Pat reflect in a couple of weeks and see if he feels different, and if he had made some changes that he can keep in the everyday life.

      hey! my husband does them and he said its a canon eos r and mostly uses the 15-35 f 2.8

    That was a great information, I eat about the same as he does throughout the day. But I weigh 20 lbs less so I’m close to my macros. Thanks for tracking them for me.

    Great content. All of those meals look real delicious. I have a REAL hard time counting my macros when eating my meals everyday in a week.

    2 questions - 1. Are you in Cincinnati area? Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce and Kroger products)... 2. You said you want to have carbs post workout. I always thought you wanted high protein post workout for recovery. Can you expand on that?

    Hey Kristi! How did you calculate how much protein he should have? I’m 145lbs and workout 5-6 days a week between 1-3 hours a day.

    Great video. I’ve been logging since May of this year and it changed my body composition a lot. I’m 195# 6’4” and try to hit that 40/30/30 around 2400 calories a day.

    I enjoyed this video. I can only imagine if Pat ate his share in protein and got his numbers down he would be a beast and definitely feel better. After I got my macros down and actually ate the proper amount of protein it was like night and day!

      I never track cals burned on the app. I really don' track cals burned ever to be honest!

    Wow, this was a super interesting video. I thought Pat was eating WAY more. It just comes to show, just because you’re a certain size, it doesn’t indicate how much or how little you eat. Genetics and lifestyle should also be taken into consideration.

    Do you subtract the daily workout calories burned from MyFitnessPal? I'd assume Pat would be all bones without extra calories to compensate

      YES, we have really focused on whole minimally processed foods and he has drastically upped his protein and is feeling good!
