The product is an exfoliant which helps with acne pours and hyperpigmentation. You don't need a specific toner tbh. Just cleanse, apply the product, add a moisturizer and then sunscreen.
I have a couple of samples of this product, but I don't use it on my dry, sensitive skin. I do use the CALM 1% BHA moisturizer, in the morning before sunscreen. However, it occurred to me today to try it on the remaining keratosis pilarus on my arms. I say "remaining" because the Weightless Body Treatment 2% BHA mostly cleared it up.
I would love to try this product but am somehow confused, so is it ok if i use glycolic acid as a toner for morning and this BHA for evening? I have oily skin too. Thanks
We don't recommend using glycolic acid & BHA in the same day since they are doing similar things to skin, & you could over-exfoliate. We recommend alternating them.
It also helps to get rid of blackheads and whiteheads right? I bought it for that specially. And i’m just gonna start using it for the first time, so I have to apply it daily right? Or do I have to skip days or something like that?
No, it's confusing but this is not a toner in our definition. Toners re-hydrate and replenish skin after the cleansing step, whereas this exfoliates dead skin and clogged pores.
If you have oily skin, a BHA exfoliant might suit you better as it's oil soluble, so can help balance out your skin while also addressing uneven tone & texture.

Yes it does! Start slowly, 2-3x a week.

You can, although if you don't have concerns like breakouts or clogged pores, we would recommend an AHA exfoliant instead.
