I filmed this shortly after the death of HM The Queen. I thought it better to remain silent and focus on the natural sounds around us. Despite her great age it was a shock for the nation to lose the only head of state most of us have ever known. I guess I felt it was more respectful.
@@RobsHampshirePubWalks I live in Scotland now, but my brother took me past the mill a couple of years back. My, how it’s changed round there. I wonder what happened to the mill’s machinery.
Thanks Peter. Not so much a change of style but I thought my prattling on would be a bit much during a time of National Mourning, much better just to listen to the flowing water and the birds 🙂 It will be interesting to see whether people prefer the videos that way though, or whether they enjoy the prattling 🙂
I love your video, the scenery round there is amazing. The Salmon Leap is my grandads pub🥰
Thank you. Your grandad has taste, it's a lovely pub.
Thank you for the beautiful walk!
Grate walk Rob
Thanks Steve
Why no commentary?

In the 1970s Nursling mill was used by my Venture Scout group as its headquarters. God it was cold inside even in the summer.
Ha ha even to this day scout and guide huts are too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer 😁😁😁

It certainly has.
long live the king
Indeed and thank you.
Missed the words of wisdom Rob, did you feel like a change of style?
