Glorious ride through the Autumn colours. I always love the mixture of riding, scenery and history that you put into the videos The drone shots certainly add something to the final result. Hope the knee improves.

Thanks for the kind thoughts! The colours really were glorious; although each camera I used rendered them differently, I wouldn't say any version was not a good representation of what I saw. I'm no historian, but I do like to see and understand things - I am glad you like the result. One of the nice things about making these videos is the incentive it gives me for extra research after the ride is over. Thanks for the nice comment and thanks for watching!

Hi, Thanks for the nice comment. I was quite pleased with the way the shots with Neo made this video a bit more interesting. I'm hopeful that the tendonitis may be pretty much better, for the time being at least. I have managed some longer rides recently (videos are in the pipeline) but I do seem to be even slower than before! Thanks for watching and commenting. I'm glad you liked it!

I had a similar knee issue last year so I rested it sorted my saddle height out and did chair exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee back in action now and no pain but I do keep up with the exercises 36 miles yesterday no issues

Hi, thanks for that! Were the exercises for tendonitis or arthritis?

@ Mainly overuse and if you tap in on you tube chair exercise you will see some various types mainly sitting straight and bringing you leg up for a couple of seconds and slowly back down I do fifty on each leg then repeat but start with ten each leg there is some great information and exercises once you find one others follow and you will find a few for your needs …I have issues with Tendonitis and anything from tennis elbow golf elbow ,calf issues and just had and on going Frozen Shoulder this started about 15 months ago and is the Everest of pain an example just picking your phone up off the passenger seat is equal to being Tasered and that’s not an exaggeration so in order never to get it and millions do reach for the ceiling do windmills with your arms ect I was a builder so yes strong and used to hard work but the only thing people don’t do is raise their arms above your head ….You have been warned 💪😳

@ronniebiggs4026 Thanks for that. One does need to stay fit to enjoy life! I can only begin to imagine the pain you describe!

@ Yes and it’s something you never hear about until it sneaks up on you I think now after 12 months of physio very very painful and I am no wimp and six months of home exercise including today it’s nearly gone I am good in that I take the punishment and work through it but for others it can take three years .Imagine a rusty door hinge stuck together the job of the physio is to prise the shoulder apart and then start working it until it opens up and is free three stages in this Freezing Frozen and Thawing ( although not cold) women get it more than men …So the reason I am explaining this is it might save you or your watchers a massive amount of money and pain just by doing basic exercises hope this helps Best Regards Mike.
