Simple tip to keep your bottles from freezing off, use only approved propane lines and fittings... but if you use brass hardware for propane, you can create whatever setup you like... what I’ve done with my burner is feed the torch with one high pressure reg, fed by a tee that is fed from two 20 lb tanks. This way you draw less volume per tank, and cut flow rate to half.. rarely do bottles freeze off for me unless I’m near the end of a cylinder, but you get double the firing time on 2 full 20 lb bottles. Usually good for a minimum of 6-8 smelts before bottles need a change. Cuts time losses. Cool looking molds btw, I bet the c&c opens whole worlds in production of whatever you dream up. Glad there’s people out there that still make things as cool as any production line. But more unique 👍

Great work on the molds. That one had me a little worried cause it had some deep parts on it, it seemed a little hesitant to release. I had one that was a bit tall that broke after a few pours. Might have to look at getting 1 or 2. You plan on maybe doing some custom, Custom molds?

Nice! Judging by how many people ask me to make molds (which I have no interest in doing lol) , I'm sure you'll do well at this venture! That deep socketed skull one won't last long though..I had one half as deep and after about the 5th or 6th pour I lost some of the details :(

You could make a 3d t bookwo sides coin using tinkered then sandwich between two blocks then make the coin a hole insert pegs between the blocks not touching the coin then make a copy of the peg. Make the pegs a hole and put a cone as a pour ing hope just touching the coin then make the cone a hole. Pull the blocks apart and insert the pegs into one of the blocks make that block a joined piece then make the other block a separate join piece and now you have a mold to cast a two sides coin easily.
