If it's not welded anywhere, and bolted instead. Do the bolts ever come loose? Is it easy to jack a ladder up there and tighten it back up? LOL Couple tornados come through, I can see those bolts and whatnot loosening up eventually.
More than 25 years of installation and disassembling of steel I can say bolted hardware was found tight never loose unless it was left loose during installation, and bolts will always prevail over welding because it allows some movement of the structure without damaging the metal
