Okay now this is somewhat promising. The song writing leaves something to be desired but that is definitely the speed and a few riffs I'm looking for from this band. It will be hard to recapture the spirit of there early career but this is certainly a step in the right direction. Excited to hear what the rest of the album will sound like.

OH MY GOD - I don't want to jump the gun here, but this track single-handedly erases the mistakes of Doomsday King and Death is not Dead..... is this the old Crown? The hell? What?!?!?
I know this is late to reply, but please don't be some pretentious album diva. Doomsday King and Death is not Dead are good albums. The Crown's Catalog is so good that there are going to be some albums that don't quite live up to Deathrace King/Crowned in Terror and folks keeps knocking them down with dumb comments like "erases the mistakes". Come on. A good fan should listen to each album in a vacuum and not try to compare some to others.

I'm definitely not a diva (lol) and I really do love the entirety of the Crown catalog, with the exception of the albums I mentioned! In a vacuum, they are objectively weak releases (to me) - and that's ok! We all have opinions, yeah? Take care, friend and keep it metal!

music is great, but i don't get one thing about the video. every band member is playing his instrument, like guitarist plays guitar, drummer drums and so on, so why the fuck the vocalist doesn't hold the microphone. most of the vocalists doesn't know what to do with their hands and then it looks kinda silly. i've seen that on many (not only Crown) videos and it annoys me a bit, but it's just my opinion. as i said, music is awesome, looking forward for the whole album.

The original drummer Janne and original lead guitarist Marcus left and won't come back (well, Marcus was in Doomsday but we all know how half-assed the guitarwork there was). Marcus seems to be preoccupied and hasn't been able to bring much to the table lately with any of his projects, and fuck knows what's going on with Janne these days.
They were the real talent of the band, though. We'll never get another magnum opus, but this is a pretty solid step in the right direction in my opinion
Tomas Lindeberg was The Crown, it seems, since theire two good albums (2000 and 2002) match his saty in the band.
Disagree. Stuff with Tomas was good, but nothing tops Deathrace King.
T Lindberg is the best voice and all his projects were masterpices like Nightrage, but Johan is the face of The Crown!
