I have never thought that once I will see you at small festival in Slovakia. Last year it happened. I never thought that I will have photo with you The Crown. And it was 2000s when I started to listen to The Crown. ... 23 years later...
This is one of the few bands that still exists today, still comes out with quality music. Even with all the member changes these guys go through. They still make great stuff, I am so stoked on this new album and cannot wait to listen to it in it's entirety.
Not what I was expecting and definitely not disappointed. Looking forward to hearing the new album in its entirety. I have been listening to the last single religiously.
Kinda reminds me of Vengeance. That slow, devastating kick in the chest to let you know that they're not ready to kill you yet! Anxiously awaiting the full length. 🤘🤘🤘
Marco said Royal Destroyer and Cobra Speed Venom were catchy compared to the new one. So I guess we just witnessed the more catchy ones that Metal Blade choose as singles to attract a wider audience. Hopefully the rest is faster and more brutal. Not that this tune is bad in any way but I'd like the rest to be a true Death Metal onslaught.
What the fuck? We went from Under The Whip and the Speed of Darkness to this? Sounds like a more melodic version of Tribulation. I hate getting old. You live long enough to see the heroes you love become the villains you hate.
silly comment. they have done slow songs since the beginning....candles, vengeance, world below, etc...The Crown has ALWAYS had melody & dynamics. if you want pure death/thrash go listen to Defleshed.
Sadly no. Too much early In Flames and Dark T....it's as if they now want to be part of that (good at them time both bands now meh). Nah quite disappointed with the needless flourishes that they seem to have tried to take them out of the DM genre. If that is where you're heading then from me it's a tad.. taa..moment. Not by any means your finest hour.
Wasted intro then just melo death and a bloody teen jump up and down riff nah this isn't "the crown" it's "in flaming tranquility " and is just guff. Jesus the spoken radio distorted vocals are in Flames and the rest of the song is just very poorly put together for the crown. Then there's the rammstein background noise ...jesus the "light inside of me etc..etc"...utter crap
