Hi KRE Modular, many thanks for the kind words; I Subbed you recently as it happens, some great tracks also; As a relative "newbie channel" to TH-cam, it would be great if you could reciprocate :) , do please like and click the bell as well so that you get notifications of future uploads and have a great day!
KB - Many thanks for the kind comments and the Sub; I suppose I could have made this track a bit longer but its never easy judging the likely duration for a track, I try to strike a balance between "long enough to be interesting" and "short enough not to become tedious", hopefully I manage to achieve this (most of the time!) :)
KB - Just googled Robert Rich, I can't believe he has been in the ambient business so long with such a back catalogue and I hadn't actually come across him before, I will certainly check him out :)
CL1, many thanks for the kind comments; the shimmering pads in the first half of the track are largely all the Telharmonic and Lo-Fi Junky, which when modulated can produce some quite "otherwordly" textures, especially when fed through the BigSky as well. I must confess still don't fully understand the Telharmonic but it is fascinating module to experiment with. The underlying lo-fi pads in the second half of the track are mainly the Nebulae. I hadn't heard of the "Sea Organ" but googled it and it looks an interesting place, stay safe :)
Thank you for sharing. Really nice sounds for perfect pictures. Well done!

Don’t be afraid to make longer pieces,
This is wonderful.

I really love Robert Rich and this reminds me of his stuff.
I could listen for hours and hours.

Wonderful piece!
Hi WSW, many thanks once again for you kind comments, have a great day!
Very full and lush sounding pads. Nice work mr SOC - reminds me of a sculpture in Zadar, Croatia called 'Sea Organ'
