You will need the paid version of Adobe Acrobat to use their 'Protect' Tool to remove or change the password. You can sign up for a 7-Day free trial of Adobe. Once you have access to advanced tools you can follow his instructions in the video - Tools, Protect, More Options, Security Options, Change Settings, uncheck box under Require A Password etc.
this is not as the title suggested i was looking for a video on how to remove a PDF pasasword and i don't even need to know how to add one if i ever need a how to on adding a password to a PDF file, THEN I WOULD ACTUALLY LOOK FOR ONE!!!
