Quick rice pudding

  • FAST RICE PUDDING
    6 cups whole milk
    1 ½ cup pearl rice
    Pinch salt
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 box lemon jello instant pudding
    2 cups heavy cream
    2 tbsp butter
    Cinnamon for the top
    In a pot, pour milk, salt and rice. Mix everything. Bring milk to boil. Once milk boils, turn off the stove and put the lid on the pot. Let rest for 20 minutes.
    After 20 minutes, turn the stove back on and bring rice and milk to a boil again. Add heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk and lemon pudding. Bring everything to boil until rice is cooked all the way through. Add butter and mix well. Pour rice pudding in a Pyrex and top with cinnamon.
    PUDIM DE ARROZ RÁPIDO
    6 xícaras de leite integral
    1 ½ xícara de arroz pérola
    Pitada de sal
    1 lata de leite condensado
    1 caixa de pudim instantâneo de gelatina de limão
    2 xícaras de creme de leite
    2 colheres de sopa de manteiga
    Canela para o topo
    Em uma panela, coloque o leite, o sal e o arroz. Misture tudo. Leve o leite para ferver. Assim que o leite ferver, desligue o fogão e tampe a panela. Deixe descansar por 20 minutos.
    Após 20 minutos, ligue novamente o fogão e leve novamente o arroz e o leite para ferver. Adicione o creme de leite, o leite condensado e o pudim de limão. Leve tudo para ferver até que o arroz esteja totalmente cozido. Adicione a manteiga e misture bem. Despeje o arroz doce num pirex e cubra com a canela.
