I'd love to see how you get on without a balancer in that rigid mount engine! Please don't die. Tough blow for HPi re those design flaws, kudos for sharing that and for showing us all these cool toys. Keep em coming!
If I had to replace an O2 sensor, I would probably switch to wide band with a Thundermax ecm. I think you were running a Thundermax maybe a year or so ago. For ”science”, it might be interesting to see how well the auto tune on Thundermax works compared to the custom dyno tuning. Or what about a wide band TargetTune module from Dynojet instead of simply replacing the stock O2 sensor from H-D?
I actually seen a comparison recently on a Thundermax compared to target tune on a dynojet, and the dynojet actually gained a full 7hp over the Thundermax. I was sold on the Thundermax for one of my bikes until I seen that. Ive done some more reading and now I'm going to go with the dynojet with target tune and have Crete Performance up here in Canada tune the bike!
We went from Thundermax to Dynojet and gained quite a bit of horsepower. I want to say like 10+ more, and it was cheaper as it's not an entire replacement.

For high horsepower builds a ported 64 mm TB has proven time and time again to be better than that. My M8 makes 166/169 and when I switched nothing but my intake to that one I ended with 158/163…

I have a 2021 heritage classic 114. Only mod so far is slip ons. I want to get the most out of my bike but the rabbit hole is deep. Where to start is where I'm at. What would people recommend as the order in which to start; cam, injectors, spark plugs, I'm thinking eventually going with the crate engine. So many things and not wanting to dump all the money at once
Have you guys kept track how many times Goldzilla has been torn apart & put back together? Can’t even imagine the amount of labor hours alone invested in that bike.

I roll 80 on the highway and tend to shift 2500-3k when I’m not abusing it but love to pin it when I have the space and would like better mid-top range performance. Your recommendation means a lot. Have a dynojet PV, SE heavy breather and no mufflers(currently) but getting a cobra Diablo 2-1 very soon. With that said best cam req? Thank guys 🤙🏻
I did first 2 stages on my 2020 fuel injected iron 1200 and it boogies. I have 2 bigger harleys and wanted a hooligan bike to rip on and im not disappointed on the money spent

As a long time motorcycle enthusiast, I find it hard to understand how someone spends a lot of money on a premium bike then goes and spends tens of thousands more trying to get it to go faster. Why not just get a faster bike in the first place and save money and have some reliability.
Stop wasting money on air filters to gain hp, there is no appreciable difference between any of them. But almost all of you wont listen. Go ahead and waste your money..

Replace that HPi logo on the elbow with a Blockhead logo! Pretty easy to have machined and plated...

They're from a Harley but I believe you have to send your throttle body in to them, or it's a 'core' rather
