I am right there with you on The Women. Listening to it and I have to take breaks from it. Good to know about back to the future on Netflix! I need to rewatch those.
Always enjoy your podcasts! I just started The Women - I find it very interesting. I was only 5 when my brother went to Vietnam. He was a paratrooper and almost died a few times. I can't say it's an enjoyable read because of the topic, but it's definitely a good read!
Love your shawl and excited to see your progress. Wool & Company from Illinois carries some designs on Fox & Pine Stitch Stoppers, and they always have free shipping and ship super quick.
When you are on the Fox&Pine site it recognizes you from the US so the prices listed are in US dollars. They have great service but there are also many US based stores where you can get the same stoppers.
Hello Lisa. I just purchased 2 sets of 32 inch chiao goo needles for scrappy Sunday socks day. Wanted to do them in tandem like you do. I use size us 1 2.25. I have a scrappy stripe (302) cast on but it's in hibernation right now until autumn. Have about 18 inches in length so far. Nice speckled heel again Lisa. The neck bib for a clown costume is called a RUFF COLLAR. That purple Halloween yarn is going to knit up great. Ken
So glad you started the shawl! What would be a first of his shawls to knit? I’ve never done one. Also - thanks for adding all those other podcasts ! How do you find them especially the newish one from Australia. You’re amazing. 😮

Always enjoy your podcast! Was wondering what cast on you use for your striped socks. I usually use the long tail but have trouble getting both socks with equal beginning stripe.
About Bridgerton....have you watched Queen Charlotte? Not necessary, but I would watch it before season 3 of Bridgerton. It was so good, I've just watched it for a second time ❤
Hi from Australia! You pronounced Cath's name well, but if you want to sound more "Aussie" try and shorten the second syllable of Melbourne and drop the R around. More like Melbin. Looking forward to seeing the shawl progress!
So enjoy listening to and watching your channel while I knit!
Thank you!
I buy from Canada all the time especially from Polka Dot Creek. It is a bit longer delivery but everything else is perfect! Do it!
Hello Lisa, from Swansea, Illinois.
Thanks for recommending Mindful Melbourne Maker! I was looking for another podcast to watch. Binge watching to catch up.

Yes. I’ve subscribed to Granite State Yarns. And I bought the plastic notions kit from somewhere else.

A Piece of Ewe yarn shop in Saginaw carries the stitch stoppers.

Your clown bib looks amazing! There is no way I could hope to keep up with you LoL - you are an inspiration 😉🥰
It’s okay. It’s not a race! 😂
I mean... How could you not with the Tropic Like It's Hot?!
Have a look at Always Be Kind yarn for needle stoppers. She’s in the US and has good needle stoppers

Granite State Yarns is in NH, like me. 🥰
You're like the Dory of knitters. "Just keep knitting, just keep knitting." You need that on t-shirt. 😆
So happy to see the Starflake progress!
Ahhhh! You started the Starflake, I knew you would LOL. I love your colors and can’t wait for next Monday to see your progress.

I use the long tail cast on. I start my first stitch in between the color change.
Thanks!
Hello, are you doing the Stephen west socks this year?
Nope. Pattern socks aren’t for me.

I’ve watched Queen Charlotte already. It’s so good!
