I am an older watcher from Nova Scotia, Canada, and I sit down with my socks handy, and a cup of coffee, and thoroughly enjoy your videos! I thought I did quite well with the amount of socks I knit, all my family are very knitworthy, but you are amazing! 🧦🧦
I can see why your mom loves those socks! You’re amazing when it comes to finishing your socks. That crochet bag is beautiful. Kinda wish I knew how to crochet!
I really enjoyed The Women and The Great Alone is one of my favorites. I usually watch you after the chores are done and most often I knit. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Lisa! I usually watch you every Monday morning with my coffee and my knitting. While I started out that way this morning, I also brought you outside with me while I washed bird poop and tree droppings off my car. I CANNOT wait to see you open your birthday present from Amie- I’ve never seen a birthday countdown/advent before- how special! 🎉
I love the basket you made! The colors are so beautiful, and this has inspired me to crochet again. 😊 Your shawl is terrific, do not stress please. It is lovely as is. 👍🏼 Usually when watching your podcast, I knit on Vanilla Socks, something somewhat mindless so I can concentrate on your podcast. I have only been knitting in earnest for the last year, so nothing is truly “mindless” for me 🤣
I usually walk on the treadmill when I watch your podcast, but today I knit on my second sock of my first pair on 9” circulars, vanilla socks by Crazy Sock Lady. 😊
When I watch you I enjoy my first cup of coffee with Caramel Macchiato creamer and knit (usually socks). Today I started a mini stockings Advent Calendar using a yarn advent I bought in 2022.
Good Morning Lisa. Wonderful podcast today. I am usually eating my breakfast when I watch you, but today I am knitting socks. I cannot wait to see your birthday presents.
Hi Lisa! I knit on my lunch break in the car for the first half of this episode and watched the second half as I’m getting ready for work the next day! Sometimes I watch as I’m doing housework too, just because it makes the chores go faster and also means I have more time to watch all the great podcasts! That list is so cool! I am looking forward to checking out some new to me channels, probably over the weekend!
❤ morning Lisa 🎉🎉 I got a lot done on my scrappy socks,,,leftover from Sunday and can't leave it alone,,,!!!😮 Love ur kroy crochet bag,,,,wow!!can't imagine holding all those strands together,,,,!!!😢 I have made a few but not with so many together,,,, Love all ur socks,,,and shawl,,❤ Have good week,,,keep cool,,,,going to be hot ,,,, Thanks Lisa,,,always enjoy my monday start,,, Elaine ❤️🏠
I just recently found your podcast. I really enjoy it.i love seeing your socks. The speckled Opal is really ice. And your scrappy socks are so pretty! So fun to see your projects! 🩷🩵💛💚💙🧡
I just read Remarkably Bright Creatures. It's a cute story, if a bit predictable. Of all the random things, I worked on canning peaches while watching today, ha! Usually I'm the one doing laundry, but sometimes I get to just sit and knit.
Just caught your video for the first time. Wonderful yarn haul. I've found Herrschner's great to purchase from and their customer service has always been wonderful. Best of luck with your channel, health & happy crafting.
Basket is beautiful. I’m surprised you could crochet that much at one time since it usually bothers your wrist. That’s a lot of strands to hold together and work with, love it.
Love your videos. Since I'm retired I am usually doing laundry, washing dishes, making supper plans and knitting. Have a great week! Today my yarn comes too since it's Monday.
Only when you pointed out your boo boo did I notice it. I am the same way in that I don’t want to try and fix it cause it will end in tears lol! I knit while watching podcasts -usually socks 😊. I need those TS hair ties!!! Loved your birthday gift from Amy so far!
A while back I took 3 strands held together and put it through my Addi machine. I turned the tubes into a blanket. I had a lot of sock yarns I just wasn't wanting to work with. It is such a snuggly blanket! The shawl is looking great!!! I still haven't done brioche yet. It has been on my list for 5 years to try! I will be 41 on the 16th. I still keep wondering who put me in charge of things and I realize I am an adult... but who in their right mind let me be the adult?!
Your brioche “mistake” could just be yarn tension. I have knit some brioche and found that it is very hard to drop down and change something. I always ended up either frogging or ripping back to fix it. I think once you block the shawl it will be fine. You are smart to keep going since your stitch count is corrects. Always look forward to Mondays with you!!
Good morning Lisa, bought my first pumpkin spice creamer at Walmart, your basket is beautiful. I made one and thinking of doing another one, they also make good traveling bags, have a wonderful day ❤
I usually knit (tonight I'm knitting a Harris/Walz headband, the first of a dozen or so for neighbors and co-workers). But I have been known to meal prep and do other chore with my wireless headphones on.
Today I listened to your video while I made a DIY dog food recipe. I still wasn’t done when your video ended! I usually knit though. Love your content.
Hey Lisa - the shawl looks amazing. You can totally sew that little hole closed easily once the shawl is done and no one will be the wiser - much safer and easier than trying to drop down and fix it... that is the sure way to brioche hell. I do that kind of fix all the time. Also, sometime I'd love to know how you do the joins for the different color yarns on scrappy socks. It's the one thing keeping me from doing them (Lord knows I have enough SCRAPS!!) Knit in good health, xx, @Professor_Purl
I don’t do anything special. I just start a new color whenever I feel like it. I weave in my ends later. I use the crazy sock lady video to weave in my ends. It does leave a jog along the edge of my sock, but it doesn’t bother me.
Thank you for your podcast, was knitting on my starflake shawl, brioche rows while I was watching you. As for Netflix series, me and my husband are watching Marco Polo have you seen that? I can really recommend it. Wow 52 pairs of socks already 👏👏well done, if you keep it up maybe you have knit 90 pairs this year. Happy knitting, Petra
On Ravelry in the Knit Picks Lovers group, under General KP Products Chat posts 175 and 178 show pictures of sneak peeks of possible Felici color ways (coming in November maybe).
In the comments on Sock Witchery Vlog of June 26, 2024 she tells that she is no longer teaching. She plans to record podcasts more often. YAY! When I watch your podcasts I am usually knitting. However, this time I started crocheting a baby blanket for a new baby at church.
I got an email from knit picks saying the same thing about Felici. I had asked if it ever going to come back. I hope they have learned not to mess with Felici in the future.
No one will see the little brioche decrease spot. It's hardly noticeable and that's if you're completely focused on one little spot, which I don't think anyone out in the world would be.

I've been working on a secret part of this year's yarn advent. Thanks for keeping me company while I work!

Loved the longer episode and knit the whole time. On socks of course:-) Thank you and take care💖💖
I love to knit while I watch ❤
Hi Lisa, like you I also knit when I watch your podcast. Have a great week, loved all your progress💕💕💕
I usually walk on the treadmill when I watch your podcast, but today I knit on my second sock of my first pair on 9” circulars, vanilla socks by Crazy Sock Lady. 😊
I, enjoy my first two cups of coffee and knit when I watch your podcast! It’s my Monday routine now 😊
P.S. Great podcast. Really enjoy the longer one. 😊
When I watch you I enjoy my first cup of coffee with Caramel Macchiato creamer and knit (usually socks). Today I started a mini stockings Advent Calendar using a yarn advent I bought in 2022.

I knit all thru the podcast. While sipping coffee WITH Pumpkin Spice creamer! Found it this morning at Walmart. 😂
Great episode! Love the basket and your porgress on Starflake.
Did you say Scrappy Halloween socks?! Ahhhh! 😊
Yep! After I knit all the FW Halloween skeins, it will be scrappy sock time!
I think the shawl looks awesome! The “mistake” looks like it’s part of the pattern TBH 😊.
Thank you for the podcast! I just finished Remarkably Bright Creatures and absolutely loved it!

Hoi Lisa, i always knit when i look at your podcast, and when its done i have to do the laundry 😊 thank you again for this episode, greetings Ivonne 😘
I usually knit or crochet while I watch.
That is great news about Felici. Keep us updated as you hear more

Knitting on a Musselburgh and drinking tea!
Love your videos. Since I'm retired I am usually doing laundry, washing dishes, making supper plans and knitting. Have a great week! Today my yarn comes too since it's Monday.
Hello Lisa from Swansea, Illinois.
I either have lunch or knit whilst watching!
I drink my coffee. If I'm in school, I usually listen as I drive to school, if I'm not in school, I'm knitting while watching!
Amazing basket Lisa - great job!! ❤ I don’t reckon that’s a mistake in your shawl - I think you’re all good.
Yay! 😆
I watch in bed so usually fall asleep and have to rewind the next night and the next night till I get to the end😂
Love your podcast. I knit while watching. You inspire me to try new yarns and projects. I am amazed you didn’t do SW mystery sock
Remarkably Bright Creatures gets better! I love that book. Can't wait to hear what you think once you finish it.
I knit when I watch...of course! I picked up an old sock WIP, working on my husband's pencil socks again.
Yay!
Only when you pointed out your boo boo did I notice it. I am the same way in that I don’t want to try and fix it cause it will end in tears lol!
I knit while watching podcasts -usually socks 😊.
I need those TS hair ties!!! Loved your birthday gift from Amy so far!
Forgot to say,,,,,love how generous you and Amie are to each other,,so nice,, 👍🙂
Love her podcast too,,,
Exciting to open all the gifts
Elaine😊,,,
Bought my first pumpkin spice for the season, Saturday ☕️ 😋

Thanks! I’m hoping blocking will fix it. If not, I’m okay with it.

I drink my morning coffee and knit while I watch the podcast. Have a great week.
Your shawl is beautiful! Maybe throw a stitch in the spot that bothers you when you weave in ends? But no one will ever know 😊
I usually knit (tonight I'm knitting a Harris/Walz headband, the first of a dozen or so for neighbors and co-workers). But I have been known to meal prep and do other chore with my wireless headphones on.
“Get comfy on your couch or recliner”
Me: on treadmill
😂
🤣🤣🤣
Today I listened to your video while I made a DIY dog food recipe. I still wasn’t done when your video ended! I usually knit though. Love your content.
I watch while I work from home at my 9-5 😅💛
Rock paper scissors stoppers... just remove one of the fingers on scissors! Haha! 😊😂
Hahahaha!
I am knitting socks with Fellicini 😂while I am listening to you
Your shawl looks beautiful, flaw and all. I was working on icord bind off
I was able to frog a sweater that I wasn't happy with and I was able to put away some things that I had forgotten about for the past few months
Lisa!!!!!!!!!!!! 🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤ It's almost your bday month! 😊❤
I usually drink my coffee and knit. The Freckled Whimsy leftover yarn is “Sugar Quill”, I know this because I’m knitting with it.
Yep! That’s it! 😂

Haven’t seen Marco Polo. I’ll check it out.
I knit and drink my coffee.

Usually I knit, but it isn’t unheard of to fold laundry (doing dishes would be too loud for me).
❤❤❤
I knit or work on something while I follow your podcast
In the comments on Sock Witchery Vlog of June 26, 2024 she tells that she is no longer teaching. She plans to record podcasts more often. YAY! When I watch your podcasts I am usually knitting. However, this time I started crocheting a baby blanket for a new baby at church.
Oooh! I must have missed that!

Hey Lisa. I just now called knit picks customer service and she said felici is not coming back. Ken
Who knows? Like I said, I’ll believe it when I see it. 😕
Hope it’s true about Felici!
