If this is how physicians are treated, it is concerning to think about the people of color, black who need to receive health care treatment within this health care system. Hummmmm
Im not black but it was a toxic environment. Lasted 1 month then walked out. Threw my uniform in the garbage on the way out. Everything about the place and job was difficult, restrictive, and unfair. Bad management practices and bad employee treatment by management. No one to turn to for help.
Having worked at Sutter, I can say that from my own experience, Sutter's public professions & their policies against discrimination, harassment, and abuse (etc), are one thing. Once you make a report, it is behind closed doors. They didn't adhere to their own policies & procedures when I made a complaint. I tend to believe these physicians.
After watching this mess since 2015 I have begun to think that the smart move would be to to begin at the top of the building and tear the damned thing down before the inevitable earthquake sends it crashing into neighbouring buildings.
I applied for a job there and I had the credentials. The people on that team didn’t even have what I had to work in that department. I heard it’s hispanic and Asians. It’s not America. The hardest working people but couldn’t get their own country in order.
@@bnwo if someone is being legitimately discriminated against them the person or persons doing so need to be held accountable civilly and criminally. What gave you the impression I didn't care when I literally asked for evidence?
Pretty sure you shouldn’t say such statements. Thinking this way has been linked with further right wing views that could ultimately hurt the group they highlight. Once we get rid of discrimination, which kills more people every year than heart disease, we can worry about doctor’s qualifications. BLM🌈
@@drmartin5062 a lot of doctors are being harassed these days due to group think, government overreach, and centralized bureaucratic decision making at the expense of individuals. I’m not suggesting the doctors are wrong; I’m simply saying that accusations do not constitute proof. It takes a impartial judge or jury to determine that, and impartiality is hard to find these days. People often assume that if the news says it, or implies it, it must be true. Of course that’s dangerous thinking.

@NadiaSeesIt the argument is not far fetch when considering the impact of discriminatory or prejudical practices towards patients or patient treating personnel within a hospital or medical setting.
At least there is some progress being made, I know it isn't moving as quickly as we would like it to, but the fact that the 2 out of 3 doctors were contacted to set up a meeting is promising...that shows that Sutter is at least taking some action....maybe they will hold and interview after they are done with these meetings....I hope everyone has a blessed day, thank you Jesus for waking us all up and allowing us to live another day, Hallelujah 🙏🏿❤️

They are giving me a hard time so I'm not shocked by this
I think Sutter isn’t exactly hiring the cream of crop to begin with 😮
That is a separate issue, competency is not an acceptable excuse to discriminate.
The black doctors are highly qualified!

So where's all the evidence?
Asking for evidence is the evidence itself... Or whatever.
you better worry about these migrants invading your land lol fool.
Why ask for something you don't care about?

So are you going to give us stories of the alleged discrimination? Or are we just going to fastasize this again?
Asking for the stories just shows discrimination
