I've always been a curvy girl. Not fat 5'2 129 hourglass...normal diet. It wasn't until my mom went through a major health concern that I really overhauled my nutrition. When I switched to all whole foods, no added sugar, no seed oils, I cannot keep weight on. I'm down to 107. My body looks so different. I want to be healthy but I missed my curves.

@@AbrahamThePharmacist I figured it out after looking at my BMI on your link I'm normal for my age and race.. I'm natural thin skinny person as I'm Asian. I do lose weight faster then I can gain but I just need to keep up on eating often and break my meals into small groups.. thanks 😊
Some of us struggle gaining weight. Losing weight isn’t the only goal worth having. Not all of us are fat and unhappy with our bodies. Some of us are skinny and have high metabolisms so gaining HEALTHY weight is difficult.

Man you’re just me but 4 years younger. Couldn’t bump up weight from 53.5 kg since 2016. Still going strong.

Struggling the same, stress and depression gets a tough hold on me. I skipped lots of meals and doent feel like eating many times

Honestly if my body didn't insist that I be skinny, then I would probably be huge with the amount of food I eat. Yet I'm still 5'8 116 pounds :/

You are not the eating enough. Almost everyone saying I eat enough should track their calories. You need to eat a lot to gain or make shakes
