I glanced thru the channel and didn't see one....but I would be interested in a video talking about what to look for in a good chiropractor in our area for those of us who don't live near enough to come to yours....which degrees, certifications, licenses, memberships, etc they should have to be considered a top person in the profession....

ONE person whom I’ve helped by taking in his nearly 100 year old mom is my father who seemingly has some sudden onset behavioral changes. In Oct, he was roughhousing with me for some reason, and squeezed my flexed bicep so hard (pumping the squeeze) while I was carrying a box for him. At the point of pressure where his thumb was I heard and felt a POP, and immediately felt that this was going to hurt immensely..which it did…also within days I had broken blood vessels hear the black and blue hand print and some clotting dispersion…one clot ended up in my abdomen and ruptured…I felt like I was dying from a stab wound… problem is NO ONE is taking me seriously. Entire family says that “there’s no way that happened like that”…and a PT friend instructed me to request a bicep MRI from a local orthopedic specialist….i booked, requested such, was told I could get the MRI, but when I arrived, he INSTEAD had his tech to a SHOULDER X Ray! 😢 The Dr has RUINED the expeditious need for a proper evaluation so that I could begin PT on my ACTUAL injury. He (the Dr) says that it is unlikely that it happened the way I said 😮…I’d never met this Dr, and he didn’t believe me about the POP or the clot, and he dismissed me. I can barely do anything with the arm a full SEVEN MONTHS later …including …I can’t pump a soap bottle, I can’t bend to hold a cell phone, can’t work out, can’t drive without pain, can’t press the toilet button, and can’t rest or sleep without pain, and I definitely cannot lift my grandson without getting worse every time. I need relief and I need to know HOW to get the bicep MRI I need so that a PT can know what they’re working with from the order. I’m in misery, and this caregiving is depressing me because I am in agony

I did my karate workout yesterday after 3 months then in morning I had this sudden pain I saw videos which indicated surgery I was so scared now let’s see if this works for me..
@@alivecorps8406 it slightly did but I highly say that you take a hot bath and pour warm water on your biceps arms wherever the pain is then after some time spray a pain killer spray the pain would vanish!
I did some preacher curls after not working out for 3 months then a few days had pain in my forearms 2 days later they were better but after i did a spin class the next day couldn't bend my elbows atall i looked like a T Rex as they were so close to my body my hands just dangling 😂but this spoon relief really worked and the wall exerscise thankyou very much👍👍

Instead of a spoon while watching in my soft fleece dressing gown I folded a loose fist and used the flats of my fingers to rub the muscle while doing the movements which I was amazed how much it reduced my pain immediately as deep heat and ibuprofen gel hasn't helped at all been in agony and weak to the point trying to hold up even cup of coffee is painful and arm shakes from weakness. After working out (including bicep curls) for the first time a few days ago, I had a lot of pain on my biceps (more on the right one). It’s the 4th day now since then. Not even done watching the video, I did the first two exercises, and, no joke, these exercises are like magic. The pain has been reduced significantly!
Same here it's my 4th day but the pain is really crazy I even can't able to straight my hand. But after the only spoon exercise I able to straight my hand. Really helpful 😊

You're a life saver man. I went to the gym for the first time in 6 months and ran into an old buddy of mine. Next thing I know an hour as gone by and I'm still doing bicep/forearm focused exercises because I was focused on catching up with an old friend. I over did it majorly. 2 days later I couldn't bend or straighten my arm w/ serious pain at bicep, top of forearm and where the arm creases. Took my left arm to lift my right arm on the table so I could use the mouse to look this video up. 5:17 mins in and now I'm able to type and straighten my arm more. Gonna keep working at it,

I like this. I had surgery on the shoulder a couple of years ago where the incision came down into the top of the bicep and I still have a little bit of those nodule feelings that you mentioned. My therapist did a little bit of these procedures, but this is something I can do at home for myself. Thank you!
I think this is the first time in a very long time that I’ve commented on a post on TH-cam. The methods encouraged here in this video works. Yesterday I was doing pull ups with 20Kg attached . I’ve done this and it works . I can feel the lump underneath the skin and hand massage’s didnt do much. But the metal spoon method actually works

I have used your techniques since I started following you and they work! the knee decompression that you showed recently I totally believe helped in addition to some other modalities, my knee swelling to completely stop even though I had been still exercising with a swollen knee , ice never brought the swelling down after working out, I was so worried I was gonna have to go to the doctor and I honestly don’t trust doctors right now! But after doing this spoon scraping method in the areas were needed on the side of my knee and those decompression exercises you taught the other day I woke up and it was completely gone and my knee has been swollen for about three months consistently without going down!! i did a crazy workout yesterday to grow top bicep muscle when i went 1 kg 20 reps 2 kg 15 reps 3 kg 15 reps and 4 kg 15 reps kept repeating that next day that i know i have more bicep muscle pain but i only got it when i stretched my arm out and i still have some problems but i found another pain reliefer if you take cold water and then rinse ur whole bicep with it in 30 seconds then repeat that with warm water until the pain relief goes away this made it 2x better for me but im still working on making a heal on it completely just remember that guy that says that bicep thing dont listen to it if you dont want to suffer what i suffered from. I should have gotten bigger biceps before i tried that out

Good am Doc an avid viewer of yours from the Philippines, I was diagnosed of having DDD on my lower lumbar almost 3 months ago. I saw a Spine specialist and Nuero surgeon and referred me to a Rehab Doctor, doing my therapy already and taking some supplements. I want to ask from you what exercises do I have to do with my arms, I can’t raise straight up above my head my 2 arms my biceps are too painful, please do help me. Holy!! The teaspoon exercised worked! After training biceps my arms was locked in 90degrees, now I can bend arms 180 degrees like normal!!
