Normal biter nest settings, increased starting area, expansion & evolution off, pollution on but dispersion set to zero. That gets you enough biters for achievements while also ensuring peace. They're standard 100% speedrun map setting tricks but might be a surprise if you haven't seen them before.

What settings did you use for this run? I had a look at splee's video but he didn't show enemy settings or any other settings

Yes, set seed is allowed but not the fun we wanted. Zaspar and Dalvos are currently pushing the category towards 1h 15m.
