1954 Lancia Aurelia B24 Spider sold for $1,815,000 seven years ago, so hopefully enough in the budget to authentically refresh the badge and keep these artisans doing what they love.
Un gran abrazo a los maestros artesanos Italianos...los mejores del mundo siempre. Argentina los admira. Un grande abbraccio ai maestri artigiani italiani ... sempre i migliori al mondo. L'Argentina li ammira. Chau
Italians have a style like no other. From cars, kitchens, furniture, clothing and more, whatever they touch is almost always exceptional and brilliant. Bravo!
Beautiful craftsmanship. Modern mass produced Alfa badges last about two years now before fading and falling apart. Such a shame manufacturers opt for cheapness over quality. It is their own brand they are advertising after all.
Very nice to see old school craftsman handiwork & the craftsmanship in their end product. Regardless of the retail price, it is worth acquiring. I don’t own an Italian vehicle; however, I would purchase a badge to go with one of my dream Alfa. Thank you for producing this beautiful reminder of “soul made”.✌🏼
Un patrimonio immenso e irripetibile : bravi, bravi, bravissimi tutti questi grandi artisti-artigiani !!! Spero che si tramandi tutta questa conoscenza alle nuove generazioni
The plastic badges used on Alfa Romeo cars of the sixties and early seventies with the ALFA ROMEO MILANO script were either made by BOMISA or BELLU. Beautifully made but slightly fragile because of where they were placed, and would easily crack allowing water to ingress causing discoloration and fading. These badges in this video are true works of art
There's something about the Alfa badge, I can't put my finger on it. I know the history is legend, god Ferrari got his start there, stole Columbo from them to design the V12. To hold one in metal is special, sadly mine went with the Alfeta I owned, still have the 4 leaf Ricambi replacements that I bought.

Respect to all craftsman out there. Hopefully your craft will not die out.
Some of those drawings need to be put in the care of a museum!
Agreed. Preserved in dry nitrogen.
Nice to see this type of videos from Petrolicious, would love to see more of these.
Bravo Italy! 👏🏻 The country where we can still find things that’s original made by hand!
Thank you for this interesting, very soulful Video. It´s a pleasure to watch. A typical italian Story, full of passion
Its all in the details, created with passion by true artisans.

How much are these badges & where can I find more info on them?
Do Ferrari & Lamborghini actually put these handmade badges on their cars?

Do you guys think this is where my Ebay BMW roundels came from?
Craftsmanship...
No subtitles? Who cares. Craftsmanship is its own language. Great vid.
Can I buy these? Just the badge.
Whats up with the sound?
It's a shame that Porsche is using decals as emblems on the hoods for their recent 911s.
And now lamborghini put plastic emblems to their cars and sell it for $800 for front hood replacement emblem 🤦♂️
that's why i have 2006 toyota prius
That's what the computer said to do!!! NOT the Italian artistic expression of perfection???
…l’artiginato Italiano 🇮🇹❤️
I own a few of their Ferrari key rings.
What kind of accent has Emilio Candiani? He Sounds very different from other speakers.
He has not such a strong accent, but anyway coming from Lombardia (Milan area) with a slight flavour of southern Lombardia, closer to Emilia.
Mybe because he have "french" Rs in his prononciation, sounds very differently i agrre
@@garagecedric yes it's just the R

Things made with passion and soul are slowly dissapearing, as are the jobs and machines, due to industrial automation. Shame

Italy: How about putting some effort into corrosion protection, rather than badges? I don't have a car to put the fucking badge on! It's melted away!
Hey, that's an old story that ended almost 30 years ago!!
Now it's vulgate
