This is not what I intended, but it turns out to look like a reanimator deck, it just happened that there were not a lot of multicolored spells left when the rotation took place. and you probably saw a similar deck to this one, it was just that I was out of ideas, so I thought of Lilah since it was easy to build a deck around it. So this is my take on Lilah as a spell-slinger deck. (spell slinger, not reanimator, OK?)
I'm not sure if I have to explain the card choice since most of the spells are straight-forward.
Monstrous Rage: You could replace it with shock or any one mana spell. I just need one mana spell to be able to cast multi-spells in a single turn.
Case of the Crimson Pulse: This is really good in this deck because we would end up emptying out when the game progressed.
Plaza of Heroes: Its not actually necessary, I just thought it was a good mana fix.

Very nice deck, I wonder if Lilah is the way to turn on stormsplitter from the new set. If you plot a bunch of spells than cast the other 5 spells equals 20 spitters
Yeah, it could work; also include hustle/bustle to beef it up.
