I loved using WRATH OF THE GODS in this mission and throw unlimited tornados and meteors to the waves of endless enemies, just to see how their corpses went flying around the map.
It wouldn't have been possible to do the cheap strategy and wall the enemy off because, as you noticed earlier, your villagers can only build farms. :)
I find it extremely amusing the total 180 viper did from greek to egyptian campaign in army comp. Greek was heavy myth units. Egyptians are like "what's a myth unit?"
Really looking forward to the next episode, since he doesn't know how to cheese it, it would be a hell of pain to finish the mission. Maybe we can expect an hour episode?
It begs noting osirus in the myths was cut into 6 parts, but only five were recovered from the sands-his manbits were fed to a demon aligator thing and isis, his wife, had to replace it with a solid gold prosthetic.

Funny how this mission is EXACTLY the same than the bonus mission on warcraft 3 campaign ( frozen throne, when u play illidan, vashj and kelthas vs maiev :D )
As easy as it is, you can even just cheese it by spawning minions and serpents right off the bat, you will have enough military presence to convert the cart, and your heroes revive. The computer barely has any time to send anything at you, almost all you have to deal with are the anubites that teleported in and the Roc army drop at the gates.
I've not seen Viper use this before, and it's kind of a shame, but there is a green arrows "loop" button in unit production buildings that allows you to automatically produce that unit as soon as the resources are available. This is good because it allows you to keep producing essential units like villagers constantly, it only takes the resource for the unit when it can actually start training it (vs queuing up 10 units would take the 10x cost up front), and it's also convenient for keeping your armies topped up after fights. As long as you don't do something silly like forget fishing ships on loop when there's like 5 fish available total, and you end up with a whole fleet wasted, it's really useful.
The hotkey bug is quite annoying in steam version, i know of a way to fix it but it would be considered desync prone by the game in multiplayer (even if there's actually no risk for sync). It could be interesting to you Viper if you don't plan to play multiplayer on steam version

you get 75% of the food you'd normally get, but yeah it's an okay strat. it's often better just to have them as a meatshield for early fights tho.
Really not all that worth it in MP or in standard games vs ai but in this sure it has a bit of worth

Important piece of trivia for this mission: Take note that your city is worshippers of Set.

I played this scenario for 12 hrs straight once. Best use of my time ever.
It is one of the best though. Wish there was a multiplayer counter part

This is one of the harder scenarios, I believe.
IKR, if you use your god powers right away you can complete the mission even faster than viper and you don't even need to train new units at all.

You've worshipped Set in this mission and your Pharaoh could "train" animals for favour. You sat at 100 the whole time xD
