Great that she's learning to surf, but let's be realistic - that footage is not surfing at an intermediate level...

Was waiting for the footage of intermediate surfing… no knock on her, but no one goes from beginner to intermediate in a month.. and that’s nothing to be ashamed of… it just means surfing is really hard to learn.

It is just so relative. I thought that I was an intermediate after 2 months of surfing. Now I surf for 2 years nearly every day, my biggest waves were 4 meters, and I'm still not sure if I can call myself an intermediate.

Absolute beginner. And it's not 1 month, but 6 months...

100% BS. No way on earth is she at "intermediate" level.
She's a deadset, "dyed in the wool" beginner.
Surfing at a competent "intermediate" level takes a couple of years of day-in, day-out dedication to make sure you're in the ocean in all conditions.
This is an advertising hoax at it's best, purposed to further fill the line-up with kooks... which betrays surfing lore.
The less people in the line-up, the better. We all know it... I'm calling this out.
Happy to see she, like all of us finds joy and belonging in the ocean, but she's in fair dinkum beginner land... It's deluded.
Regards from Lottie, Desiree, Gina & dad of course, here in paradise at Tuckomnbil via Alstonville and East Ballina 800km north of Sydney ex Maroubra. MATE ❤
